Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown - Union Station by IHG

Pretty minimal place but nice enough. Very close to Union Station and Coors Field. The one thing I would change if I could is the “barn doors” for the bathrooms. If you like hearing what goes on in there then this is the place for you. Service was good, place was clean.

Incredible location, right next to Union Station but in a quiet corner without a lot of traffic. Really encourages you to get out and explore. Also want to mention the beautiful lobby, fast elevators that I never waited long for, clean room, incredibly comfortable bed, nice views, and best of all, the value - this was one of the better priced hotels I could find in downtown for this particular night. Steps from Coors Field, Denver Chophouse (my favorite steakhouse in Denver), Blake St and its many bars and venues, and not too far from Larimer Square for fine dining.

My husband and I had already stayed there several times. The entire staff is always very friendly, and the place is beautiful. It is very convenient for accessing the train and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, and the shower is good. We will be back.

Lovely, well-appointed room with great views of Coors Field and Denver Union Station, within walking distance of downtown experiences. Ambler Restaurant breakfasts were delicious and beautifully prepared, and the service was exemplary. Highly recommend the hotel for a memorable visit!

This was a last minute trip and the hotel we wanted was not available and so we booked this hotel which was in a great location - right next to Union Station. Front desk staff was curteous and the check-in was quick. Unfortunately room was sub-par - very stuffy - either got too hot or too cold at night; uncomfortable bed and pillows and we did not have a single night of good sleep. The room had a nice view, but there was no closet space or dresser to keep your clothes and you literally had to live out of your suitcase; the bathroom had sliding doors, but it refused to stay closed and would always slide open. Housekeeping is not offered daily unless you specifically request it i.e. call them or stop by the front desk every morning and ask for it (if you forget to ask for it in the morning as we did one day, you come back to a room that is not cleaned, with dirty towels, etc.). Once the room was not cleaned despite our asking. They charge a $28+ resort/amenity fee (not sure why??) and offer a bunch of useless credits. Overall a less than ideal stay.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Union Station and close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. I had a very clean, spacious and. comfortable room. There is a nice restaurant on site. The staff was very proffesional, helpful and courteous.
I highly recommend it!

Location. Modern. Clean

The location of this hotel is near perfect. Train to/from airport is across the street yet you will not hear noise from the station. Easy walking to tons of restaurants and shops, including the Whole Foods 5 minutes away. Staff is helpful, the lobby is large enough to hold little meetings with your crew, and the attached restaurant is more than decent (especially for cocktails). The only issue was with internal noise. While concrete pillars in the room make it pretty solid, hallway noise was more than favored, which bled into the room.

Location is fantastic! The hotel was clean and quiet and the front staff are amazing, especially Oscar! Parking was convenient and safe especially for attending a Rockies game nearby. The extra amenities were very nice.
