Arrived via package with Canyon Spirit but had booked a 2nd night directly with the hotel website. When we checked in with JOSH, we told him that our first night was with Canyon Spirit and we were staying a second night booked directly with the hotel. We asked if we could keep the same room. He took our room keys, pretended to look up our reservation and then handed them back and said we were all good. Turns out we weren’t “all good” bc the next day we were gone all day on a tour of the Rockies and came back to our room keys not working. We had to get in line with all the other people checking in and as soon as we got to the front of the line JOSH told us he had to step away and then disappeared for several minutes. When he came back we informed him our key cards weren’t working. He fixed the issue and handed our key cards back. I came back down to buy something from the commissary and while standing inline I heard JOSH telling people that they get a $5 credit to use each day, free beer at the Ambler and a free espresso w/breakfast. NONE of that was explained to us by JOSH when we checked in or had our keycards fixed. When I discussed this with JOSH he claimed he told us we had to check out and check back in. When I pointed out he did not in fact say that, he then claimed no memory because he has “400 conversations” a day. I went back to my room and asked my husband if he remembers JOSH telling us we needed to check out and check back in and that we get credit for the commissary, etc my husband confirmed NONE of that was explained to us. I called JOSH to discuss further and he was not interested in righting his wrongs or apologize or anything. After the most awesome customer experience I’ve ever had taking a Canyon Spirit trip, I expected their business partners to show a little customer service. JOSH failed and doubled down on his failures which was incredibly disappointing to witness. The room itself was fine. The lobby is cool. I appreciated the location but not sure I would stay again if JOSH is still working there.
The pillows were too big
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Denver Downtown Union Station during our trip to see Lord Huron at Red Rocks in June.
The location couldn’t have been better. It’s an easy walk to Union Station, which made taking the train to and from the airport incredibly convenient. There are also tons of great restaurants nearby, and it was an easy walk to the Red Rocks shuttle pickup and drop-off, which made concert day completely stress-free.
Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days exploring Denver.
A special thank you to Natalya, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her kindness and exceptional service really stood out and made an already great stay even better.
Overall, this was an awesome hotel in a perfect location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Denver.
my stay is amazing and i enjoy this hotel
Great location. walkable distance to coors field. Inviting modern decor. Parking was simple and easy to do. Great view of coors field!
Beds were lumpy. Pillows were not clean. Walls had stains. Table tops had not be cleaned.
Nice hotel in a good location. Room was a good size with large bed and everything we needed. Friendly staff.
All was good although breakfast options weren’t great so probably wouldn’t get breakfast included if I booked again.
Horrible check-in experience because of lack of communication regarding parking. Please implement signage or actual hotel staff at the front door to communicate with incoming guests. The person working at the front door works for the parking deck, not the hotel. They told us the parking deck located at the hotel entrance was full. Actually, there were plenty of spaces available when i walked through it 10 min later after parking across the street, at their sister lot. I ended up having to pay for parking twice, both at the sister lot, as well as at the hotel; unnecessarily spending an extra $30 on parking during my stay. Completely ruins the hotel stay to start with a parking scam. Nobody at the hotel cared. I brought it up to 2 front desk agents who flippantly told me that “they don’t own the parking deck”… Then why is the parking deck attendant greeting guests at YOUR front door entrance and misdirecting me to another deck?
Hôtel très agréable, chambre confortable. Personnel très courtois et attentif.
Clim très bruyante.
Was very clean! Staff was excellent. Enjoyed having the restaurant and bar nearby.
A bit pricey
Great location but A/C was extremely loud and room noise was also loud from other rooms and hall
N/A
Coffee machine not plugged in and awkward dentist so behind the fridge
Pretty minimal place but nice enough. Very close to Union Station and Coors Field. The one thing I would change if I could is the “barn doors” for the bathrooms. If you like hearing what goes on in there then this is the place for you. Service was good, place was clean.

Incredible location, right next to Union Station but in a quiet corner without a lot of traffic. Really encourages you to get out and explore. Also want to mention the beautiful lobby, fast elevators that I never waited long for, clean room, incredibly comfortable bed, nice views, and best of all, the value - this was one of the better priced hotels I could find in downtown for this particular night. Steps from Coors Field, Denver Chophouse (my favorite steakhouse in Denver), Blake St and its many bars and venues, and not too far from Larimer Square for fine dining.
