Non consigliato. Ci sono altre località toscane che valgono di più la pena, Viareggio carissima e gente maleducata.

Posizione favorevole, appartamenti abbastanza nuovi, presenza di terrazzo accessibile e lavatrice.

Cons:

Il bagno “convenzionato” è molto distante e molto molto caro. Il tavolo da pranzo, di quelli richiudibili, era rotto, la cappa della cucina non funzionante. Non c’è il parcheggio, viene proposta la possibilità di fare un settimanale conveniente per metterla nei parcheggi blu, peccato che siano sempre occupati dagli autoctoni e anche in MALISSIMO MODO. Il cellulare prende poco, c’è il Wi-Fi ma al secondo piano già non prende più o molto poco.

Clean modern 1 bed apartment with sitting area which is quite small & dark, adequate for 2 people. Kitchenette behind closed doors. Nice bathroom, air conditioning which we didn't use. Good communication by WhatsApp. Nice park nearby.

Cons:

Can be noisy from street traffic early morning. We found nice fish restaurants near port, a good walk as is train station. Bring own shampoo & shower gel. No oven or microwave, we didn't cook so not a big issue for us.

Pros:

Easy access to the apartment & not far from the beach. Ten minutes to a grocery shop. The apartment facing the roadside can be a bit noisy with traffic passing by. Apartments with the bedroom facing the inner court yard is a lot quieter. The apartment was clean, and amenities were adequate. Bed a little hard and a selection of different pillows would help. Despite having 4 pillows on the bed they were all the same…. too soft/flat.

As the floors are all tiled, noise from people above moving the chairs/table can be annoying especially late at night. The proprietor needs to get some soft cushion pads under the chairs/table. Also noise from other residents travels through the walls. Apartment 31 is a lot brighter and more modern than apartment 33. Apartments 33 is a little dark and outdated. The kitchen area is annoying with huge cupboard doors that need to be opened to access the mini kitchen area.

Really nice place for for a family vacay

Close to the beach, you have all you need for the comfy stay. Supermarket is 8 mins walk, 3 minutes to the beach

Pros:

Great place to stay for a visit to Viareggio, would recommend it to anyone. The residence is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the boulevard, with plenty of restaurants around. The staff was very nice and gave us recommendations of places to go, and booked us a taxi to get back to the train station.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit noisy, we had loud neighbours the last few days and we could clearly hear it when they arrived, were walking in the hallway and were talking in their room.
