This was my first time here and all in all it was a pleasant experience and I would like to come back and stay here agai
Pros:

The location is close to Crescent Ave which makes it a short walk to everything. The staff could not have been nicer. They helped with my luggage, let me sit in the office while I waited for my luggage to arrive and answered all my questions. I appreciated the microwave in my room too! I also liked having my own entrance with fewer stairs and the rooftop deck was awesome.

Cons:

The room was very small and had an odd configuration but it was very charming in its own way and had some nice touches like a small table with outlets on top for charging, a faux fireplace that was cute, blackout curtains and a very large tub. Great pillows too.

I love Catalina Island and love swimming there!
Pros:

Location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

There is basically NO TV. What they provide is a "smart tv" that gives you access to EXTREMELY limited shows, no stations, no ability to watch what is on the Guide. And this is after the frustration of trying to figure out how to work it. I just ended up using my own Smartphone for entertainment.

I liked the location. It’s close to the beach, the center, and a shop.

Cons:

The room had a musty, old smell. The floors were dirty. There was no wardrobe or cabinet for clothes, not even a small table to set down a cup of coffee. No one cleaned the room during our five-day stay, and when we asked for clean towels, we found a trash bag containing towels left for us...

Everything! A lovely room (Captain's room). Friendly staff (Mr. Ponce). A great location, just a block from the main drag, and a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal.

Pros:

My partner and me liked the location of the hotel and the price was very reasonable. it was near everything including the grocery store that was four minutes away. The staff was very friendly and on checkout day they let us leave our bags there till 4 PM when checkout is at 11 AM. Also, they had a balcony that was open until 10 PM that you could see the stars. 10/10 experience.
