Good value, allowed us to experience a Catalina vacation at an accessible price
Pros:

Great value and location - very walkable. Rooftop patio was nice, and we appreciated the plates/eating utensils. Friendly staff

Cons:

Quality of the room was a bit worn (tile coming off tub)

Good price for Avalon, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great rooftop deck
Pros:

Loved the historic background of the place, the location was an easy walk from the pier, the rooftop deck, and the in room spa tub. The front staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor at the side of the Inn. Even though it faces a side street, the noise from the golf carts was pretty loud. Fortunately it all quieted down by bedtime. There is no elevator as this is a converted family home so not suitable if unable to handle stairs.

Pros:

The rooftop deck was awesome and I love that they let us keep our luggage there so we didn’t have to lug it around town with us all day until check-in and after checkout.

Cons:

The old-fashioned keys made me a little nervous with the possible ability of losing the key and having to pay the lock replacement fee

Pros:

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very attentive. The highlight was the beautiful rooftop terrace with a grill — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

Definitly worth the money. Least expensive I could find this time of year on Catalina Island.
Pros:

Room is small but sufficient for my adult granddaughter and my self. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite clean. The location is great.

Cons:

If the bathroom was larger.

A delightful stay one block from the beach.
Pros:

Everything was great! The room (mermaid) was a perfect size, the AC and TV worked great, we had a microwave and fridge though we didn't use it. The bed was clean and comfortable, there were free beach towels to borrow at the front desk, check in and check out was seamless, and the location was beyond perfect, just one block from the beach!!

Cons:

Honestly, everything was great. The one small thing (though this is by no means the owner's fault) is that there was a lot of street noise since it was so central to the restaurants/businesses, but they provided ear plugs without us asking so at least they're accommodating of it! I would (and have) recommend this booking to others.

A quaint Inn with modern amenities & a neat roof with a view.
Pros:

The Catalina Island Seacrest Inn is a quaint Inn with modern amenities. We were warmly greeted at check-in and shown to our room. The Lighthouse Room #5, had several windows overlooking the town & the historic boathouse home next door. The two queen beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We didn’t mind the Victorian stairs going up and down. I really appreciated the front office having beach towels we could borrow for a day of snorkeling/beach time. The location was perfect, the Inn is one small block from the Main Street. It felt as though we were in the center of everything, except on a quieter street. We really enjoyed going to the roof and seeing the views of Catalina. We will definitely return to the Seacrest Inn.
