Es ist ein wahres Retreat! Mitten im Wald, kostenlos sehr leckerer Cappuccino, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, tolles Personal, Zimmer mit Blick waldblick.

虫フレンドリーなので、部屋内の虫対策をしたいけど、グッズがない。
Отель расположен в прекрасном месте, территория очень красивая, и завтрак довольно разнообразный. Природа вокруг включая насекомых и лягушек, которые проживают прямо на территории
В погоне за дизайном отель оказался неудобным, много скользких мест, острые углы у мебели об которые бьёшься пальцами ног, потрёпанный онсен. Кофе который заявлен как бесплатный, не вкусный и постоянно перегретый, хотя делается на прекрасной кофемашине.
雨の日も陽が差しても気持ちのいい空間で、食事もお庭も最高でした。
お風呂に虫一つ、はっぱ１枚浮かんでおらず、感激しました。
お食事は、ぜひつけたほうがいいと思います。
夜、森に少しでもライトアップがあったらいいなと思いました。
真っ暗になると、カーテン閉めちゃうので。
せめて10時くらいまでとか・・・
野生の生き物に迷惑ですかね・・・。

The curved side wall in the bedroom was interesting.
Toplocatie om volledig tot rust te komen. De onsen is een absolute meerwaarde en zorgt voor een authentieke Japanse ervaring. Het hotel ligt midden in de natuur, waardoor je echt kunt ontspannen. Daarnaast werden we overal vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen door het personeel. Een aanrader voor wie even wil ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. ♨️🌿
Mooie en comfortabel ingerichte kamer. De natuurlijke uitstraling past perfect bij de sfeer van het hotel. Hier en daar zijn enkele gebruikssporen zichtbaar, waardoor een kleine opfrissing welkom zou zijn. 😊🏨🌿
I would like to especially thank Su for the wonderful hospitality. I absolutely loved the room—it was incredibly spacious. The coffee machine was a great touch, and the room was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!
Hotel is really beautiful. Room is big. Onsen is really nice. Breakfast doesn't have a huge array of options but everything is good and quality.
The staff seems clueless and sometimes it feels no one is in charge and everyone is a trainee.
Hotel is really far from the bus station and you have to go up a lot. They don't tell you that and don't pro actively ask you if you need pickup (even though the service exists). This is not acceptable at this price point. Then when you inquire how you can arrange the next pickups only phone is available but as foreign tourists we dont have phone. They said send an email but no one ever answered, so everytime you have to go up with a small child under the rain... Even if we complained no one ever came back to us, this level of service is terrible given that the hotel is really expensive...
Carpet in the living room should really be refreshed or deep cleaned.

現代社会に疲れたとき訪れるべき場所。
強いて言うのであれば、ディナーの接客クオリティーや提供スピードに多少の問題があるのと、温泉に入る際タトゥーシールを貼らなくてはならないこと、すべてのお客様のことを考えての判断なのはわかるが今の時代あまりにも不適切である。

Wverything seemed a little too controlled and give the impression that the stuff knows your every move
For example they would call in the morning to ask when do you come for breakfast without considering that one might be sleeping or simply chilling
This hotel is a beautiful oasis surrounded by lush green scenery. I had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed using the Onsen facilities. The staff were all very lovely and accommodating and I enjoyed exceptionally food at both breakfast and dinner at their Woodside dining restaurant!
Beds were a little bit hard
