إقامة ممتعة عائلية لمدة كحد أقصى 5 ليال
Pros:

تعلق الاسوارة في اليد قبل تسجيل الدخول للفندق، يعني لو وصلت قبلها بساعة أو ساعتين، ويصير خدمات الفندق (الشرب - الاكل - الأنشطة) متاحة لك قبل السكن.

وأيضا عند الخروج ويتبقى لك وقت حتى موعد الطيران الخدمات متاحة لك بعد تسليم الغرفة 👍

الاكل 8.5/10، وأوقاته ممتازة.

الألعاب المائية 6/10 انا دفعت مبلغ زيادة لهذا المنتجع مقارنة بغيره لكمية الزحاليق المذكورة، طلعت تفتح من 10 ص إلى 12 ظهرا فقط 🙄 ، وفعليا 3 أنواع زحاليق فقط للكبار والشباب، والعدد المذكور في الموقع منها مكرر. 

الألعاب المائية للاطفال 8/10 مناسبة لسن 6 وما دون. 

الألعاب الكهربائية 8/10 أوقاتها غير مناسبة مع اوقات الوجبات، وإذا كان بتزيد فلوس عشان الألعاب الإلكترونية مقارنة بمنتجعات أخرى، نصيحتي لا تزيد، غير مستاهلة الزيادة.

غير مناسب للعوائل المحافظة.

أوقات الذروة مثل الساعة 2، الاستقبال يبدأ يضيع ويتأخر في تلبية احتياجاتك في الغرفة، انت وحظك في الموظف.

Ich bin hingefahren, um mein Kind abzuholen. Dies natürlich in Abstimmung mit der Mutter. Ich musste erst mit drei Personen, samt dem Hoteldirektor diskutieren, bis ich in der Lobby auf mein Kind warten durfte. Maßlos übertriebenes Verhalten. Ich hatte das Hotel reserviert und das Hotel bezahlt, durfte aber zunächst weder zur Rezeption, noch in die Lobby 🤦‍♂️ quasi wie ein Frauenhaus wo Männer alleine nicht rein dürfen. Unverhältnismäßig unfreundlich und Inkompetenz pur!

Tout était plutôt correcte, les repas étaient exceptionnelle.

Cons:

La propreté et l’entretien des chambre, nous avions le téléphone de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas et surtout la porte d’entrée qui ne s’ouvrait qu’après des coups de force.

J’avais réservé une chambre avec 400 € de plus pour avoir une vue sur la mer, la blague, il fallait pencher la tête pour voir la mer
Les toboggans ne sont pas accessibles aux enfants, de moins de 7 ans, mais il est stipulé, nulle part lors de la réservation
Lorsque vous voulez manger, c’est horrible, impossible de trouver une table tellement y a du monde. Idem pour les transats, animation inexistante pour les enfants, c’est vraiment pas top.
Dans les restaurants, même lorsque vous installez, vous n’avez pas de serviette, pas de couvert pour avoir avoir fini de manger vraiment hôtel à bannir ne vaut vraiment pas le prix, il y en a tellement mieux à ce prix là voire moins cher

הניקיון של החדרים לא נותן לו ציון של 5. עד שמנקים ובאים צריך להתקשר להם 3 פעמים. מגבות לא מחליפים לכולם. רק 2 בחדר.
