Pessimo servizio. Tapparella rotta, chiamato tre volte, nessuna risposta. Pulizie non fatte fino alle ore 14.00, se vuoi fare la pennichella devi tenerti la stanza sporca. Hotel bello ma per quel prezzo il servizio deve essere migliore
Everything, great location, comfortable rooms, wonderful touches throughout the hotel (karaoke elevators, record players in rooms, vinyls available in reception). Just a fantastic hotel all round

Location was perfect
Some dust around the windows and shelves, very bad for allergies. Breakfast could be better, more options of fruits and filtered coffee was available only in the first day, the other only with the machine.

Très bien placé en face de la gare centrale. Le ferry est gratuit pour traverser. On est dans la tranquillité tout en étant pas loin du centre. Le hotel est très original et chambre confortable
The location was good, and the staff were polite and responsive. After I shared my concerns, the hotel management contacted me, apologized, and offered a discount for a future stay, which I appreciated.
The room temperature was too warm and uncomfortable during my stay, and some basic amenities such as a toothbrush were not available in the room unless requested.
