Our 2nd time here with parents. We met with an emergency and my parents needed to cut short their stay. The staff was very helpful in arranging flights with our airlines. Amenities were awesome and they actually increased more staff who can speak more languages, great stay. Looking forward to coming back the next time

Convenient, comfortable, close to cafes and station
They provided free ice cream (very good!), ramen, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and had free activities planned each day for the guests. The staff was friendly. The hotel was located very close to a train station and many restaurants, bakeries and shops.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, cama cómoda, balcón, aunque no se si todas tienen. El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas, con espacios comunes como la cocina si vas muchos días y no siempre quieres comer en la calle, gimnasio, sauna. Todo muy ordenado y bonito.
Lo no tal bueno, pero es algo muy común en Japón, es lo pequeña que era la habitación, pero tenía un espacio debajo de la cama para poner maletas (pequeñas). Lo recomiendo 100% y repetiría.
