Loved it - from the arrival coffee cart to karaoke on Sat night - it was so much fun!
Pros:

Amazing staff and loved all of the free events and free noodles and drinks each evening.

Great location - good customer service.
Pros:

The hotel was in the perfect location for seeing the sights of Osaka. We felt very safe and the room was great.

Cons:

We had an issue in the evening in our room and the front desk manager came up and dealt with it immediately. It definitely dampened our stay, but the response and level of customer service was great.

Special hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel that goes that goes the extra mile to create something special. Complimentary beers, ice cream, ramen in the common area brings people together. There was Karaoke and Kimono try ons the nights we were there. The staff on reception were so lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

We had to add an extra night at the beginning of our stay due to a weather cancellation. Whoever answers the booking.com messages wasn’t very helpful. But once at the hotel they were amazing.

Accomodating, respectful, the massage chairs are amazing after a big day of walking & free of charge
Pros:

Location was great! Very close to the trainstation. Staff were very accomadating on arrival, even gave us a folder of recommended eating spots close by! This was very helpful as osaka can be overwhelming with restaurant ideas!

Cons:

Nothing bad to say.

A+ for employees, but wouldn’t stay at this property again
Pros:

The employees are super nice and accommodating

Cons:

The property itself is not awesome. Photos make it look much nicer. The beds are hard. The bidet didn’t work. The neighborhood is a little sketchy for Japan but overall it was fine.

Highly recommend staying
Pros:

The staff were friendly, happy and kind.
The rooms were clean, tidy, bed were comfortable, the TV's were smart TV's so u could stream your favourite movie app.
The breakfasts were amazing, ranging frm Cereals, to Japanese style to bacon, eggs a d veges.
The free raman was amazing.

Cons:

We loved everything about Bridge Hotel.

Great location, service and hospitality
Pros:

The location was great with lots of eateries nearby and a 10 minute to Dotonbori. The staff are amazing and only to keen to help with your every need. The room’s are small but it’s Japan. They have unlimited free drinks from 3:30-9:00pm and Ramen from 8:30pm. Highly recommend a stay here. We will be back

Great hotel with inclusions
Pros:
