El desayuno muy bueno y excelente servicio,
La alberca increíble.
En una mejor ubicación
Independiente de que es nuevo, las habitaciones están cómodas y en general todas sus instalaciones. La atención del personal es excelente. Me encantó que tuviera un carril de nado, una pequeña alberca y un tipo jacuzzi.
Que pudieran tener almohadas no tan altas. Pero es sugerencia, no tal cual como algo con lo que estuviera inconforme con mi estadía.
Las albercas pero no los horarios ni la limpieza
Muchas áreas sucias, poco trato del personal, no había toallas en la alberca, daban preferencia a los day pass
Precio, desayuno
La habitación fue muy cómoda y limpia. El desayuno muy completo con opciones de diversos alimentos.
Las camas
Las toallas están muy ásperas, se sale el agua de la ducha, el refrigerador hace mucho ruido. El desayuno está regular.
the breakfast was very poor, same menu of 4 meals every day without vegetables, sweet, just only toast bread
Breakfast and pool
We were there 2 nights with no hot water while on vacation . No one ever tried to accommodate us , compensate us or even had the courtesy to reach out after leaving all my contact information
The staff was exceptional! I drover with a 21ft RV and not only did they accomodate, the Security Guad went well above! Items on my cargo rack were loose and he helped secure it!
The whole hotel was super clean, great accomodations and breakfast was superb
