Pros:

It is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to get everywhere. We went for the swim in the Aare and the staff helped us prepare for it. They also had the floatation / carrying bag for sale at the property which was very convenient. The staff was super friendly and everyone spoke great English. As a bonus we got a chocolate bar after the first night's room service, which was much appreciated!

Cons:

The airconditioning wasn't very strong and I got the impression that it was turned off during the day when we were out, so the room didn't really get to the optimal temperature for sleeping.

Pros:

The Hotel is situated in the city center, you can reach everything by foot.

The Hotel is very nice, the rooms seem to be freshly renovated and look brand new, super clean, big rooms with lots of space.

We travelled with a small group and all rooms were the same.
Very delicious breakfast. Next time we come to Bern we will com back to this Hotel.

I'd stay here again & recommend it. Location perfect, close to train, old town, walk everywhere.
Pros:

Location was excellent, right near the train station & in the old town area - very short quick walk to groceries, cafes, restaurants, zoological clock, bear park, etc. Breakfast comprised fresh fruit (which I love), various pastries & breads, various cheeses & meats, sweet pastries & mini muffins, delicious fresh juices & great coffee. Room was a good size & comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioning could have worked a little better to keep us cooler in the heatwave.
