Cons:

寝具が生乾きの匂いだった。またプール付きの部屋にしたが、落ち葉やゴミで汚れており入れず、結局共有プールを利用した。
また、コンセントの形状上、充電器を刺しづらく充電するのがとても大変だった。（日本のものは。）

Amazing overall experience!
Pros:

Great service! Trang helped me when I got stung by a jellyfish by taking me to the nurse’s room and checking in on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay.

The room was also super nice—the view from the Ocean View Superior Room was amazing, and the price was very affordable.

The location is also convenient, as it’s very close to the airport and roughly halfway between Sunset Town and the Phu Quoc Night Market/northern part of the island.

Would definitely come back again! :)

Staff were wonderful, facilities great, was a lovely stay for a big group.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable , lovely facilities

Cons:

Bathrooms in rooms had frosted glass facing into the bedroom which didn’t really give you privacy and unable to fully close off the bathroom (no door). Ok for husband/wife but bit awkward for kids/friends sharing the room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing.

A special thank you to Thara from the restaurant. Thara provided excellent service throughout our meals and was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The warm hospitality and professional attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great stay at Sol
Pros:

Came and stayed at Sol Phu Quoc as a large group, the resort was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were amazing from restaurant to housekeeping and front counter. We are very happy with our stay. Will definitely come again another time. Mr Thien at the counter was very helpful as were the rest of the team!

The location isn’t too far from the center

Really good and clean room with a beautiful view, all was perfect and we had with the child’s a good holidays :)

Tyvärr rödflagg så inget bada i havet, utan hänvisade till poolen som i och för sig var stor och fin
Pros:

Bra hotell med vänlig personal. Rummet stort och bra med fin havsutsikt. Bra frukost med stor variation.

Cons:

Inget hotellet kan påverka men stor utbyggnad av infrastruktur i området.
