El aseo pésimo, la cama tenía pelos las toallas como sin lavar 🙄
Atención en la recepción
Su horario de desayuno es solo de una hora, salimos 8:30 am y que ya no había desayuno, en lo general en los días de descanso no se madruga, podrían ampliar el horario

La habitación las paredes súper sucias, la cortina blackuop súper sucia, el baño SIN PUERTA en la ducha, la ducha SIN CALENTADOR, el ventilador súper sucio, oliendo feo y chillaba horrible cuando en la foto muestran con aire. El desayuno servido de mala manera
I liked that the beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space to move around. Plus, we were traveling by car and parking was included; it was just a block away across the street. The breakfast was delicious.
One area for improvement is that it gets a bit quiet at night since it’s a very commercial area during the day, many businesses close and it feels a bit deserted but we didn’t run into any trouble and the other thing is that there are several floors and there are only stairs

Comodidad en las habitaciones, limpieza, muy rico el desayuno, no molestaron por mi mascota en general excelente hotel.
La ubicación, a pocos pasos de la Av. Simón Bolívar y cerca de la Av. Ferrocarril. La habitación tenía guardarropas, ducha con agua caliente y fría. El desayuno fue sencillo pero suficiente. Cuenta con parqueadero bastante amplio y cercano (cruzando la avenida).
El aseo y arreglo de la habitación no se hizo durante la estancia (excepto la limpieza de las canecas, solo una vez y porque se solicito expresamente). La habitación puede sentirse algo encerrada y calurosa en algunos momentos. Seria ideal que al menos equipen algunas habitaciones con aire acondicionado. El desayuno varia muy poco, y esto se nota en estancias largas.
