Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival. Please note that a 5% charge applies for payments with foreign (not Israeli) credit cards. Cash payments are preferred and are not subjected to this extra charge, as it is meant to cover high credit card merchants and exchange fees.
Please note that due to laying of the City Light Railway system - street renovations are taking place outside of the hotel creating noise and nuisance midweek (Sunday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm.

והחדרים בנוסף קיבלנו ההפך ממה שהזמנו ונאלצנו להתווכח כדי לקבל משהו נורמלי לישון בו לילה אחד,
ביציאה שמנו את החפצים בשמירה וקיבלנו אותם על הרצפה עם שריטות מדריכות של אנשי הצוות במלון.
Nice design, very basic
There was a woman complaining that her AC did not work, she was on a room with 10 other women and that was not fixed. Our remote did not work and when we addressed the reception, they simply said that they have no other remote without even seeing the room and if they could assist.

מעל הצפיות
המיקום יחסית טוב ומרכזי אבל יש כרגע המון עבודות ושיפוצים ברחוב וזה מקשה גם על הגישה וגם על החניה. כמו כן החדרים פונים לרחוב הראשי ולכן יחסית רועש - גם בשעות הלילה. החדרים עצמם סבירים אבל לא נקיים ב 100%, המטבח למעלה מאד לא נקי בלשון המעטה - כלים בכיור, מקרר מטונף, ממש לא נעים להכין שם לאכול ואפילו לשבת לאכול, ואין מיקרוגל לחמם אוכל. יש מתקן מים רק למטה בקומת הלובי ולא תמיד יש שם מים. במיטות עצמן אין אור אישי קטן ואין מספיק שקעים להטענת הטלפון (רק בתוך לוקר מחוץ למיטה). החיבורים בתוך המיטה לא עובדים. יחד עם זאת הצוות היה מאד נחמד, ענה לכל מה שביקשתי וטפילו שודרגתי לחדר יותר יקר ללא תוספת עלות.
