Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival. Please note that a 5% charge applies for payments with foreign (not Israeli) credit cards. Cash payments are preferred and are not subjected to this extra charge, as it is meant to cover high credit card merchants and exchange fees.

Please note that due to laying of the City Light Railway system - street renovations are taking place outside of the hotel creating noise and nuisance midweek (Sunday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm.
A deposit may be required at the property.

צוות המלון היה מסביר פנים, המיקום היה נוח ממש על מדרחוב של בן יהודה.
קיבלו אותנו ביפה מאוד החדרים היו מסודרים ונקיים: ישנו באגף הורוד החדש. היה מעולה. שירות טוב תמורה טובה למחיר ומיקום מצויין.

הייתי מוותרת על ארוחת הבוקר, סבירה מינוס הערנו לצוות על הארוחת בוקר והוא פיצה אותנו על זה. השירות היה מעל ומעבר. מצויין.
