Pros:

Der Pool-Bereich war sehr schön 👍 super Getränke und die Preise auch in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider bin ich mit der Kommunikation des Hotels sehr unzufrieden. Weder bei der Buchung noch an anderer Stelle war klar ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Nichtraucherhotel handelt. Eine so wichtige Information sollte transparent und deutlich kommuniziert werden.
Besonders ärgerlich war jedoch, dass das Mittagessen kurzfristig bzw. ohne vorherige Information für die übrigen Hotelgäste nicht angeboten wurde, weil eine Gruppe von etwa 30 Personen angemeldet war. Es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, warum die Versorgung der anderen Gäste dadurch eingeschränkt wird. Noch unverständlicher ist, dass es hierzu keinerlei Hinweis gab – weder vorab noch vor Ort.
Eine rechtzeitige Information hätte den Gästen die Möglichkeit gegeben, sich entsprechend zu organisieren. Stattdessen stand man vor vollendeten Tatsachen. Von einem Hotel erwarte ich eine deutlich bessere Kommunikation und mehr Rücksicht auf alle Gäste, nicht nur auf größere Gruppen.
Aus meiner Sicht besteht hier erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf in Bezug auf Transparenz, Informationspolitik und Servicequalität

Pros:

Das Hotel ist familiengeführt. Das komplette Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool und das Frühstück waren eine 10/10.
Zum Bierkönig sind wir ca. 8 Minuten gelaufen. Es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen! :-)

Es war wunderschön und im 5. Stock sehr erholsam!
Pros:

Wir (5 Mädels) wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren steht’s freundlich und sehr nett! Das Essen (Frühstück & Abend) waren ausreichend, lecker und abwechlungsreich. Ein kleineres Hotel, was dadurch einen familiären Charme bekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Schiebetür zum Bad, die Poolzeiten (10:30-18:30) und das es keine Einzelrechnung gibt. Aber auch damit kann man sich arrangieren :-)

Como en casa gracias a todo el personal

Todo en general me siento como en casa volvería una y mil veces ♥️sobre todo el trato del personal tanto de recepción,de camareras de pisos,camareros de comedor y del bar y director espectacular 👌 Maria Elena,marga,Rosa,José,otra chica de recepción gracias por el trato sobre todo a mi mascota que la adoran espero volver pronto os quiero 😍

Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer mit genügend Platz, auch der Balkon war genügend gross. Wir waren im obersten Stock und hatten auf dem Dach einen Whirlpool für 2 Personen für unser Zimmer. Die Dusche und das Bad waren sehr gut. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit diversen Broten, Früchte, Cereals, Eier, Speck, Bohnen, Würste, Süssigkeiten, Kaffee, Säfte. Der Fussweg zum Meer bzw. an den Strand ist sehr kurz. Zum Ballermann 6 sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ebenfalls Tennis und Padel Tennis in der Nähe.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
