Pros:

The location, convenient to nearby restaurants and public transport and friendly staffs.

Cons:

The room Smelll due to poor sewage drainage in the toilet. Poor hotel facilities,gym and even encountered power outage for the whole night and poor AC conditioning.Room for big improvement in maintenance.

Pros:

Die Zimmer wurden neu gestaltet, alles nagelneu. Alles sehr zeitgemäß. USB Anschlüsse WLAN vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist wirklich reichhaltig. Die Lage ist zweite Reihe was aber überhaupt nicht problematisch ist. Zum Strand ein paar Minuten. Vom Empfang bis zur Abfahrt sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter fast famieliär. Wir waren schon mehrmals dort und werden dort auch wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen

Cons:

Wie auch bei den letzten Male ist es durch viele junge Leute die den Ballermann aufsuchen etwas laut. Uns stört es nicht so, da wir dafür Verständnis haben. Die Musik ist teilweise zu laut am Pool und gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Recommended for those who want a motel feeling
Pros:

The location was convenient, close to the beach and the airport, and the breakfast offered a reasonable selection. The dinner was decent, although the menu became very repetitive during our stay. There was no AC in the gym, but the staff fixed that on request by placing a portable AC there.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was severely affected by several unresolved issues. One room had a persistent sewage smell and a leaking toilet throughout the stay. The common areas were not that clean, and we also found mould in both shower areas (we had booked two rooms). There were dirt on the doors, and holes in the wall. Despite repeated complaints, the problems were never fully resolved, and we did not feel that the staff provided an adequate solution. We also experienced poor sound insulation, loud music from the lobby, and the air conditioning stopped working the day before departure during extreme heat. This happened during a power outage that was beyond the control of the hotel, but when the electricity returned, the AC did not. The staff kept saying they would fix all the problems, but action did not follow. Also, we got a smaller room than what we paid for. We paid for two double bed rooms with a pool view, but got a single room with view of the backyard. The other room was a double room, also with a view of the backyard. After a complaint, they offered a room with view over the pool, calling it an upgrade when all it was, was a room that we had originally paid for.

During our stay we witnessed several other guests filing complaints about the rooms. The manager of the hotel was experienced as rather intense, stating several times he wanted a good review. He seemed more interested in «getting unhappy guests under control», rather than actually making the guests happy.

Most of the guests were young German party people that occupied the pool and common areas.
Most of them were loud and many times drunk. Hence, we did not feel comfortable letting our ten year old daughter use the pool. Therefore we cannot recommend this hotel for families or people seeking relaxation.

Overall, these issues had a major negative impact on our holiday. I can for sure say this is not a 4 star hotel. It felt more like a motel.

Een prettig verblijf met vriendelijk personeel, een fijn zwembad en uitstekend eten.
Pros:

Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden. Het zwembad was schoon en fijn om in te ontspannen. Ook het eten was uitstekend: gevarieerd, vers en erg smaakvol. Kortom, een aanrader voor een ontspannen vakantie!

Cons:

De airconditioning was de laatste dagen niet goed aan werken, waardoor het erg warm werd op de kamer. Daarnaast werkte de televisie ook niet naar behoren. Dit was jammer.
