Hôtel très agréable
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, même à pied tous les grands centres d'intérêts de Londres sont facilement accessibles. Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. C'est très fonctionnel, le service bagagerie est très appréciable ainsi que les fontaines à eau mises à disposition.

Ridiculous wait for check in. I appreciate it is a very busy hotel but 40 minutes queuing to check in is frustrating especially in the sweltering heat. The staff checking in were very slow, some of them obviously trainees, which is fine but perhaps more experienced staff should be used during extremely busy periods.

不推荐。如果因为价格合适而想入住该酒店的，请自备3M耳塞，隔音效果很好。
Pros:

位置很好，距离大英博物馆很近。附近有14路公交车去到白金汉宫等中心景点，周边餐饮选择也挺多。

Cons:

没有空调就算了，房间还沿马路吵得要死，真的是非常吵。建议酒店要更换所有老旧的铝合金门窗，加装双层玻璃窗以提高隔音效果。如果没钱更换门窗，起码要更换房间配置的耳塞！！！房间自带的耳塞非常劣质根本不隔音。

地理位置很好，就在大英博物馆旁边，步行到大英博物馆10分钟，房间很干净，每天都打扫，还能免费寄存行李，非常方便

I enjoyed my stay but felt the hotel was not prepared for yet heat

Buena ubicación, se puede ir andando a bastantes lugares típicos

Cons:

hizo mucho calor y las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. La calle a la que daba la ventana de la habitación muy ruidosa (carretera con mucho tráfico) y las ventanas poco herméticas.

Locatie t.o.v. de bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

De hoeveelheid lawaai, die tot laat in de nacht door gaat. Het vierkante gebouw, is 1 grote klankkast. Wij zaten op de 1ste verdieping, met het raam open, vanwege de warmte. Tevens ruik je je dan de sigarettenrook in de hotelkamer.

Vi blev opgraderet fra et 3 personers værelse til 2 værelser med connecting doors.

Cons:

Eneste minus var at rengøring kom hver morgen mellem kl. 8-9 og bankede på og bare låste sig ind for at høre om man ville have rengøring.
