Excelente ubicación y habitación renovada.
Pros:

Tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel y en esta ocasión nos tocó una de las habitaciones actualizadas, por lo que el baño estaba muchísimo mejor que en otras habitaciones.

Cons:

Ideaal hotel om Londen te ontdekken. Ik was wat bang door de grootte van het hotel maar die angst was nergens voor nodig. Eens op de kamer totale rust, hadden ook een rustige kamer gekregen, op aanvraag.
Zalige bedden en een goeie douche maakte het plaatje compleet.

Cons:

Drukte in de lobby en wachttijd voor koffers in bewaring te laten houden.

Excellent hotel, with great staff and installation with an unbeatable location in central London.
Pros:

The location is excellent, just around the corner you have the british museum, and a few minutes walking you arrive at Soho, leicester square, piccadilly and oxford street. The public buses and underground lines that will get you to most important tourist attractions are also very close. It also has a few restaurants and pubs around so you always have different options to eat and drink around you. The rooms are good and housekeeping comes each day so they are always clean. In general The installations of the hotel are great. Very accommodating and communicative if you have a special need.

Cons:

The beds are clean and bedding and pillows very comfortable but, more of a personal preference, I would love the bed to be a little bigger in a twin room. If you are used to having a Double or Queen size bed for your own it might be a little uncomfortable to have an individual size bed. Not a deal breaker for me, but it might be for someone.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, súper céntrico y muy bien de precio. El personal siempre muy amable, en todo momento fuimos bien atendidos. Todos muy amables.

Perfecto para visitar Londres a fondo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena por ser un barrio tranquilo y muy bien comunicado por tren, autobus o metro con cualquier parte de la ciudad. Especialmente cómodo si vas a visitar los estudios de Harry Potter.
Camas muy cómodas para descansar y poder empezar el día bien.

Cons:

Aunque es habitual, me sigue pareciendo raro que en la recepción de un hotel no se hable el español con cierta soltura.

Nice, basic room, poor staff service at times
Pros:

I liked the comfort of the beds, the linen room delivered several extra pillows when I requested. The room was very clean and well kept, plenty of space and storage. The tv worked well and had adequate channels. The location was great for exploring by foot and for UCL hospital where we had an appointment

Cons:

The room was very noisy from the sports bar outside- with ear plugs though, we were able to sleep later when the noise reduced. The curtains also let a lot of light in.
The check-in time was later than advertised- when I returned at 15:00 I was still told no room was ready. I stressed I was travelling with my daughter for a hospital appointment the following day, and she has a long term health condition and required time to rest. They did then organise a room in 15 minutes. I was not impressed with the staff attitude who told me that they have 1700 rooms which is why check in is delayed!
On checkout, the bag drop which was an important selling point for us, caused a long delay. We queued in one line for 20 mins, then when we almost got to the door we were told the hold room was full. We were then ushered and rushed down another corridor to another bag drop area, where we were at the back of a further queue! We were almost late for an appointment so I begged the staff to take our bag which they finally did but it was a very stressful end to our stay.
