The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for your assistance!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy, and it felt like we were sleeping on the street. The hotel should consider replacing the windows with double- or triple-glazed windows to reduce the outside noise.
There was also no proper ventilation in the room, only in the bathroom.
In addition, there were not enough bedside tables. We had a three-bed room, but there were only two bedside tables.
Overall, the noise and lack of ventilation made it difficult to sleep comfortably.
I will never come back.

Um hotel enorme mas com funcionários muito acolhedores

O hotel fica num sítio muito central, perto do Museu Britânico. O quarto muito limpo e muito confortável.

Cons:

Não pensei que o hotel fosse tão grande, com tantos hóspedes. A sala do pequeno-almoço parecia um refeitório de uma escola, mas tudo muito bem organizado.

Posizione, eccellente. Super organizzatto vista l'affluenza continua di numerosissimi ospiti. Sorvolando su quanto riportato nel "non mi è piaciuto" forse ci tornerei per la terza volta. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo probabilmente il punto forte.

Cons:

Pulizie veloci verosimilente per l'elevatissimo numero di camere, in 4 notti di soggiorno non è mai stata aspirata la mouquette della camera, Lenzuola eccessivamente dozzinali quasi da usa e getta. Camere senza climitizzazzione in relazione alla loro dimensione. Se viene assegnata una camera verso strada come successo a noi nel secondo soggiorno (la prima volta un anno fa, era una camera interna) il rimore è micidiale, infatti dotano le camere di tappi per le orecchie che trovo ridicoli in assenza di climatizzazione.
