The parking is awful! You have to pay for each night of parking, and even then there’s no guaranteed spot. They had a backup lot that was a building down if there wasn’t enough spots in the main lot. Which if you get back after the afternoon, you will need to park in the second lot! The inconveniences on top of the fee were so frustrating.

But my main problem was that I pre-booked, and I had a set amount I knew I was supposed to pay! But I got there and the front desk man says a total way higher than what I’m supposed to pay, and wasn’t clarifying why it was so much higher. Part of it ended up being the deposit fee that I thankfully got back, but there were still multiple hidden fees adding up to 50 extra dollars— on top of the room and taxes, and fee’s I already had. The website doesn’t say anything about the nightly deposit of $50 dollars and the front desk man was not being helpful to explain what it was, which confused me. He just told me they charged me an extra $150 dollars.

I also had another unpleasant experience with a different hotel desk employee. He was on his phone with airpod’s in, which I didn’t mind too much, but I asked him a genuine question only for him to say a snarky remark. From my experiences with these front-desk people they were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Overall I don’t think this hotel is worth it. The actual rooms themselves were decent (clean, no bugs), and the price wasn’t terrible, but between the awful parking you have to pay for, the rude staff, and hidden fee’s I would advice anyone to choose a different hotel.

The facility was very clean. I really love all amenities they offer.

Would have been nice to have bacon and eggs, also was not aware of charge to park my car. Thought that a little ridiculous.

Website states they were pet friendly. I didn’t realize until I received my summary after check out that a $50 pet fee had been applied. It would have been nice to know about that ahead of time.

The room we stayed in had faulty air conditioning. We promptly contacted staff to have it fixed at about 7pm and asked to be placed in another room, but the only solution offered that night was a very loud fan, which made sleeping difficult, especially with the room temperature stuck at 77 degrees.

I understand that maintenance issues can arise unexpectedly despite a hotel’s best efforts. However, I was disappointed by the tone and attitude of the on-site staff, who did not seem as concerned or apologetic that guests would have to spend the night in such uncomfortable conditions.

Thankfully, the maintenance team was able to repair the issue early the next morning, and our second night was much more comfortable.
