Good hotel option in Nowy Sacz
Pros:

Well appointed with comfortable rooms and facilities, staff very friendly, restaurant meal good. They happily made up a packed breakfast due to early departure on day 2.

Cons:

Mile from railway station but easy walk. Lighting controls in room were a bit weird could never work out how to switch out all lights without taking room card out?!

Obsługa klienta na niedopuszczalnym poziomie, brak poszanowania ciszy nocnej. Nie polecam!!

Pobyt w tym hotelu okazał się ogromnym rozczarowaniem. W obiekcie odbywała się głośna impreza na 1. piętrze, która całkowicie zakłóciła ciszę nocną. Hałas był na tyle uciążliwy, że uniemożliwiał sen nawet na wyższych piętrach.
​Najbardziej bulwersujący był jednak sposób, w jaki personel zareagował na próbę zgłoszenia problemu. W momencie, gdy goście podeszli do recepcji z prośbą o reakcję, przedstawiciel hotelu nie wyraził żadnego zrozumienia, nie przeprosił za zaistniałą sytuację ani nie podjął próby rozwiązania problemu. Merytoryczna odpowiedź ograniczyła się do lekceważącego stwierdzenia, że jak się komuś nie podoba, to może złożyć skargę.
​Standard obsługi klienta i brak poszanowania dla prawa gości do spokojnego noclegu są na niedopuszczalnym poziomie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca osobom, które oczekują odpoczynku oraz profesjonalnego traktowania.

Dobre śniadanie. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Impreza na pierwszym piętrze. Hałas i muzyka do 2 w nocy. Albo jesteście hotelem, albo imprezownią.
