Good and comfy.
Pros:

Good breakfast, good room and a decent pool. Breakfast had a number of options of cooked or heated food, fresh fruit and cereals. Pool was ok. The room was comfy and clean, there was a small fridge and a microwave.

Cons:

No drying rack in the room. Room service was available every third day.

In all, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. The room service policy (every 3 days) is not good enough in my opinion.

Besides the reason I didn’t like it, the rest was okay and staff once okay was very friendly.

Close to stores and shopping center and the pool area was nice

Cons:

Only main concern was we had an ac leak that caused our floor and areas around it to get soaked. I mentioned it to front desk friday and thought something was going to get done but I truly believe the guy tried but was a language barrier. Then noticing it got worse I had addressed the issue again and was given towels and asked if we wanted to switch rooms but there may not be any available. Kinda defeated the purpose, just wish something could of been done the first time we asked and have someone check in with us especially if they knew the maintenance gentleman and I was going through a language barrier situation.

Location was ideal. The staff is who makes the property so enjoyable and truly make you feel like your thoughts and needs are important to them.

Cons:

There needs to be more pillows on the bed and need to be updated. More breakfast options especially when they are at capacity.
