They gave me a first floor room due to my claustrophobia with elevators.
The continental breakfast had a lot of variety.

I could hear the elevator going up and down all night.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. We've stayed here many times, per usual, this time was exceptional.
The room was so nice, upgrade. Clean and comfortable. Always look forward to our trip to UVA to visit our daughter, and we always stay here!

Great Experience
Pros:

Room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. Shower had plenty of hot water (no tub, just shower but that was fine). Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were great - made you feel welcome and valued as a guest.
