good stay - perfect for a stay if going to wembley
Pros:

nice big room, had no windows as was at bottom however there was an air con unit which kept the room nice and cold all the time. stayed for a concert at wembley and easy to use the tube to get there and back

Cons:

had no problems with it. would of liked a window but that was just the room we got - other rooms on other floors have windows obviously

Esta bien para un finde
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, limpia, tenia cerca transporte publico y tiendas.

Cons:

El aire estaba puesto todo el rato a temperatura muy baja, no conseguimos quitarlo y por lo tanto pasamos algo de frio y el lavamanos estaba atascado. En cuanto al personal, solo el primer dia nos atendió una recepcionista muy borde, pero los demás fueron amables.

Pros:

Location and size of room was good!

Cons:

The air condition is always on cold, it would not turn off and we were freezing in the middle of summer.

Also the bathroom had a red light on the mirror in the wall in front of the bath tub which was weird, reminded of a hidden camera..
