Très très bon séjour dans ce bel hôtel !
Pros:

La Clim était en route lors de notre arrivé, après une journée à marcher dans Londres sous 37 degrés, c'était parfait
Le personnel est très agréable et le bar est un plus après une longue journée !

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas réussi à réduire la Clim la nuit

Pros:

Staff friendly, security to get into the building and the lift was directly opposite the desk so staff could see exactly who is entering to the cooridoor with rooms.
Clean room and quiet.
Bigger bathroom then expected, lighting was amazing with diffrent styles. Good location.

Our room wasn’t ready in time for check in but apart from that it was a lovely stay
Pros:

The air conditioning was fantastic. Beds were very comfy and the bathroom had a lovely shower. It was secure and we felt very safe, it looked like it had been redecorated and modernised which was lovely. It was quiet with no rowdy neighbours and it had an easy 10 minute walk to the train station and there was a bus stop right outside the hotel and close to the station. A pizza shop over the road from the hotel was still open at 1am perfect for a late night snack.

Cons:

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready although we were checked in and given our room key and sent up when they knew our room wasn’t ready. We were made to wait 20 minutes till it was clean and when we asked if there was a room that was ready we were told it was fully booked. With such big concerts and events happening in London it’s understandable they would be fully booked but they could change their check in time to give them a bit of a grace period so all rooms can be cleaned before guests arrive especially as we only saw 2 cleaning ladies doing around 24 rooms by themselves between 11am and 2pm.

I would highly amend this hotel
Pros:

Nice location. Lovely room. Air-conditioning was fantastic.

Cons:

The bathroom sink did not drain very well. Some of the fixtures need a little bit of attention but no big deal.
