Excellent stay
Pros:

Very clean just as it was last year when we stayed
Great location everything on your doorstep
Didn't see much of the staff as we was always out and about but when we did very polite and wanting to help if we needed anything
Good bus routes and easy for underground to take you where you need to be
Plenty of food places and pubs close by
Definitely booking again (3rd time) for the rugby league challenge cup

Uncomfortable
Cons:

Bed was more like a hammock. Probably a 20 year old mattress. Window did not close and glass was broken and shades were dirty and dusty.
