The experience at the hotel was truly memorable. The staff were friendly and provided prompt support. Especially Ms Thơ – Room Division Manager, who was always enthusiastic and attentive to guests. Every time I come back here, I feel like I’m returning home.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times whenever I travel to Hanoi for work, and it has always been a reliable choice. The location on Nguyen Luong Bang Street is very convenient, with plenty of local food options around and easy access to places like Vincom, which makes getting around the city quite simple.

The room feels more like a studio apartment than a typical hotel room. There’s a separate sleeping area, a small living space, and a kitchenette, so it’s very comfortable for longer stays. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped.

During my last trip, I also used their café space for a small meeting with a few experts. It’s not large, but it has a cozy and warm atmosphere that works really well for this kind of gathering. The drinks were also good, which added to the overall experience.

Overall, it offers good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay here for 18 nights. The room is spacious and very clean and comfortable. I liked having the washer/dryer in our room. The front desk was very helpful in answering all our questions and volunteering information on what might be closed. The trip to Ha Long Bay arranged through the hotel was excellent and high quality. Breakfast was included and it was a great way to start our day. The staff was always cheerful and helpful.Drram

I found this gem of a hotel by scrolling around on Google maps. My wife and I spent 19 days here, just after Tet when the weather starts to turn nice. The price is around the same as many of the hotels in the Old Quarter, but instead of a simple small room, Dream provides the equivalent of a good sized studio apartment, complete with in-suite kitchen and laundry machine. Our room was in very good condition, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it every day. The location is around 2 km outside the Old Quarter, which I consider to be a big benefit because the Old Quarter is absolutely insane with noise, crowds, and traffic. The traffic next to Dream is also very busy, as it is in most of Hanoi, but at least it isn't as crazy. Dream is in central Hanoi, and travel to any of the major sites in the city is a simple Grab (like Uber, but for SE Asia) ride which costs less than urban bus fare in most US cities. The front desk is manned 24 hrs, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and speak very good English. We were greeted warmly by name whenever we left or returned to the hotel. Ms. Bui was especially helpful with recommendations for sites, booking restaurant reservations, and even booked a day trip to Ha Long Bay for us with a nice discount. I enjoyed talking with her about life in Vietnam compared to life in the US. Breakfast is provided, if you choose to include it with your room, which I recommend. The breakfast area is large, clean, and modern. Food was good, and the selection was more than adequate. The service staff for breakfast was also very friendly and attentive, and we were warmly acknowledged whenever we entered or left. The in-house gym is very basic, so I signed up with a very complete gym called SUG that is a two minute walk away. On the top floor of the same building as the gym is an indoor archery range where I spent a lot of time. There are a number of restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and even more if you are willing to walk 20 minutes. Overall, staying at Dream was definitely one of my best travel experiences.

Centrally located and in the proximity to my partners office and also to the market place. Rooms are very good, clean and well equipped with kitchen utilities. Breakfast is simple but sweet.

The daily and monthly room rate is reasonable and affordable by many. The staff (house keeping and reception) are friendly and approachable.
