The location and hotel were nice.
I was double charged for my stay, I prepaid but was charged again once I checked in, so overall, I was charged over $1000 for a 2 night stay. I had to go to the front desk several times, and I got a different answer every time. I spoke to someone about the charge not even an hour after I checked in, and he assured me he would take care of it. I was in town for an event and told him I would have to check back in the morning. The next morning, someone else was at the front desk and had no idea what I was talking about and told me she didn't see a double payment. I finally was told they had to call booking.com. my issue was not resolved until days later. I asked who was responsible for my overdraft, and the person on the phone said they would talk to her manager, who told her they would not be responsible even if it was not my fault. I also tried calling booking.com, who said they were not able to get someone on the phone from the hotel and sent me a link to upload both my proof of double charges, which I did, but I later got an email that it was not acceptable. Horrible experience Noone took responsibility for any of this. I finally got my money back almost a week later, but I have to pay the fees for the errors.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Good exercise room with treadmills in working order. Everyone is friendly. But the best part was the morning guy who greeted us before 4 am with hot coffee, muffins and fruit. This was a welcome surprise. He was so friendly and proud of his job. He made our stay. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that that the elevators are a bit slow but would definitely stay again.
The best hotel in town. Very very Clean and I love the employees. You need a clean place be here. We stopped in our way to Canada. Not far from the airport and you can have breakfast for the kids, pool, gym, a lots of parking for free. So I got very happy.
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet. Continental breakfast had plenty of choices.
