Nice overnight immediately along the Rhein River
Pros:

Reception very friendly and helpful . Good inside secure bike storage shed with charging stations . Room large and clean . On site restaurant had limited menu but food was good with reasonable price point . View from our room of the Rhein was great .
Breakfast was good but a bit pricey .

Cons:

Not very close to other restaurant options for dinner if walking

I don’t recommend this hotel
Pros:

We liked only the location

Cons:

The reception staff ( one of them was so rude) the time we checked out the room so small not the SME I booked and no telephone to call the reception and so dark coz the lights not enough also I left the hotel earlier what I booked !!!!!

Was goed maar voor zoveel geld meer verwacht

Dat we erachter aan moesten om de handdoeken te vervangen.Ontbijt was niet wat we verwachten voor€22 verwacht je wel wat meer warme gerechten en personeel wat heen en weer liep voor allerlei klussen vindt ik storend in zo’n hotel.

Prima locatie, goede kamer en voorzieningen
Pros:

Locatie aan de Rijn is geweldig, kamer aan de kant van de rivier is erg leuk.
Bed is erg goed (Auping).

Cons:

Maar 1 stoel op de kamer; licht in de kamer is te beperkt.
Delen van het hotel worden gerenoveerd en zien er nu lelijk uit. Was netjes geweest als dat bij de booking gemeld zou zijn.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet; I'd give it 4.8/5 for that. The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. There weren't many staff members, but they were all very polite. The breakfast was delicious very fine experience, but £64 for two people for two breakfasts was a little bit pricey. The location is right on the Rhine, a 14-minute walk to the city center and a 35-minute ride on line 16 to the city center, making it suitable for those with a relaxed schedule. It's worth mentioning that they also have a lost and found system. If something is left in the room, staff will email you to ask how to handle it, including options such as mailing or self-pickup.
