Beach next door
The food was not very good for the price paid. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The biggest problem is the transportation to the airport. Only 7 taxis work the area, all were busy during check out. No one tells you this and at the end you either take the bus or get a taxi from the nearest city costing about 100euros.
El hotel, súper bien. La habitación era tal cual aparece en las fotos y todas las instalaciones estaban muy limpias.
La ubicación es espectacular, a pie de playa. Desde la terraza de la piscina o desde el hall tienes acceso a una playa preciosa. Si sigues caminando por ella, llegas a la playa de Es Trenc. Además, desde la zona de la piscina hay otra salida que lleva a un pequeño embarcadero y a una calita de arena también muy bonita.
Si continúas andando por este lado, llegas a una zona de rocas donde puedes bajar por una escalerita de acero para nadar y hacer snorkel. Un entorno realmente precioso.
Quiero dar las gracias especialmente a Silvia y Celine, de recepción, que fueron súper amables y atentas durante toda nuestra estancia. Además, nos ayudaron a reservar un barquito al que pudimos subir directamente desde el embarcadero del hotel.
El desayuno, muy bien, y además podías disfrutarlo en la terraza mientras contemplabas las vistas al mar.
Gracias, en general, a todo el equipo del Hotel Universal Marqués por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable.
Sin duda, repetiremos.

Me gusto porque estaba junto a una cala , desayuno variado , personal muy amable, a destacar una camarera del restaurante, y las recepcionistas súper apañadas
Las instalaciones no estaban muy limpias hotel deteriorado muy antiguo, carísimo para lo que es ,más bien es un tres estrellas , hotel aburrido, Pueblo tranquilisimo , todo los establecimientos a un buen paseo andando si no tienes coche …

Ter que pagar agua nas refeições. Animação sofrivel. Tamanho wc muito pequeno nao conseguia aceder por completo com a porta aberta. Sem opcoes de mini bar, nem agua.
