Pros:

A organização, a limpeza e as acomodações no geral estavam impecáveis

Cons:

como não havia nem agua no frigobar, tudo tendo de ser pego na recepção, e a recepção tambem não dispor de funcionarios para levar ate os quartos; isso ficou um pouco desconfortavel.

Atendimento ruim. Funcionários com cara fechada e dificuldade de comunicação. Outra coisa é o ar condicionado que não funciona, apenas o central. Não dava pra ligar o ar condicionado do quarto
