Vieta labai patogi pasiekti centrą, senamiestį. Patogu tai, jog yra automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė. Pakankamai erdvūs kambariai. Labai paslaugūs darbuotojai.

Cons:

Koridoriuose yra karšto ir šalto vandens taškai. Bet kai reikėjo užsiplikyti arbatos, karštas vanduo pasibaigė. Kambariuose trūksta šaldytuvo, neįprastos spintos.
