Séjour remarquable
Pros:

Tout ! La chambre, la restauration, la piscine et le lieu, Mogan, jolie petit village.
Un personnel très sympathique et a votre écoute.

Cons:

Très peu de personnes parlait le français.
Mais on arrive toujours à se faire comprendre.

Pros:

Las instalaciones son increíbles. Hay muchísima variedad y también diferentes actividades. Es ideal para ir en familia.
Además, otro punto positivo es que tiene un supermercado cerca.
El desayuno es increíble, con un montón de opciones y todo riquísimo.
Pero sin duda, de las mejores cosas que tiene es el personal. En todo momento nos atendieron de una forma muy amable y atenta, haciendo la estancia mucho mejor si cabe. El trato es muy humano y agradable.

Cons:

Por un lado, la ubicación. Está algo alejado de la playa y del puerto, que son las zonas bonitas para pasear. El camino para llegar hasta allí es algo feo.
Por otro lado, las cenas. Estábamos alojados en régimen de media pensión y no me pareció que la calidad estuviera a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Es cierto que había mucha variedad porque cada día era una temática diferente, pero no me pareció que las cosas que probé estuviesen muy buenas.
A pesar de todo, repetiríamos sin duda porque lo bueno supera a lo malo con creces.

Bellissima struttura
Pros:

Struttura recente. Camera e bagno spaziosi, letto grandissimo, terrazza utilizzabile per uno spuntino, per prendere il sole e per stendere i panni. Condizionatore silenzioso. Camere ben insonorizzate. Personale molto cordiale e attento. Pulizia delle strutture in comune molto accurata. Colazione varia e di buona qualità, possibilità di avere omelette e uova cucinate al momento e smoothies freschi. Piscine molto belle, area attrezzata per attività sportiva. Giardino molto curato.
Uscendo dall'hotel si raggiunge a piedi il porto di Mogan tramite un viale pedonale bellissimo.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera dovrebbe essere migliorata.

Desconexión total!! Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

Todo. Buenas instalaciones, comida espectacular en variedad y sabor. Néstor cocina de lujo en los restaurantes para almorzar. La cama sencillamente brutal( enorme y comodisima). El trato de todo el personal es de 10. Ylenia en la recepción es una maravilla junto al resto de sus compañeros en todas las áreas del hotel. Vamos a regresar sin duda en agosto❤️🔝💯

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Hotel con grandes espacios. Siempre hubieron hamacas y sombrillas para elegir. Piscinas grandes, y climatizadas. En el comedor, deliciosa comida y atención del personal excelente. Habitación grande y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien. Recomendable.

Cons:

Lo único que echamos en falta fue algún tobogán para los niños grandes. Si no repetimos en un futuro en este hotel es debido a esto, porque hay otros muchos hoteles en el sur de Gran Canaria que sí tienen, y es un plus muy alto para las familias. Ojalá lo pongan.
