Pros:

Really we enjoyed only with Breakfast.

Cons:

The room was not clean. We found that the bedsheets and towels were not properly cleaned, and even the pillow covers were dirty. We had to waste a lot of time waiting for them to replace the bedsheets and pillow covers. Overall, we were very disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

Bigland hotel position is good for transportation link to Jakarta & Boger area; reception staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

2 of electric outlets broken, they need to fix-it; cannot have the power when i want to charge my hp.
