Excellent and enjoy our stay
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien face au mont fuji

Une arnaque fuyez!
J'avais mal paramétré les petits déjeuners (pour 2 au lieu de 3) mais avait pris une chambre triple ( pour 3 donc) eh bien ils m'ont facturé le prix fort 200euros supplémentaires alors que c'est déjà très cher! Aucun geste commercial!
Le personnel est incompétent aucune communication entre les équipes qui découvraient tous les jours que nous étions 3 au lieu de 2
L'hôtel est vieillot ( devait être luxueux dans les années 90) et nécessiterait d'être refait complètement
Les petits déjeuners sont très décevants très peu de choix pour les boissons chaudes et en petites quantités bref si vous etes un gros mangeur passez votre chemin
Quoi qu'il en soit cela ne mérite ABSOLUMENT pas le prix que j'ai payé

Incredible hospitality and luxurious stay

Lovely hotel with a great view of Mount Fuji and a fantastic dinner and breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely views you can see Mount Fuji at dinner time. The room was very nice and the onsen was a lovely experience.

The dinner was absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth it.

The staff was very helpful at the front desk and gave me good advice about the best way to get to the next city.

Cons:

Personally, I’ve been on the on bit hot, but it was so nice being outside and inside

Pros:

Der Transfer zum Bahnhof ist gut organisiert. Wenn sich der Fuji zeigt, sind die Zimmer mit Fuji-Blick grandios, die Balkone sind ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Wir hatten trotz anfänglicher Bewölkung großes Glück. Man kann vom Hotel aus auch schöne Spaziergänge am See unternehmen.

Cons:

Es ist natürlich sehr voll, und etwas absurd, wenn ich als Tourist über zu viele Touristen klage. Aber überlaufen ist der Fuji, das ist nicht zu bestreiten. Das Hotel-Personal tut sein Allerbestes und organisiert auch alles sehr gut, aber nicht alle Touristen sind so wohlerzogen wie Japaner.

Incredible hotel with incredible views
Pros:

Favourite hotel on our month long Japan trip. Paid extra for the Fuji view with hot top and so worth it! The hotel Onsen was beautiful as was the breakfast and teppanyaki dinner. Great access to the lake, would recommend hiring a bike and spend a day riding around it.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. I'd recommend and would stay again myself
Pros:

We liked the view from our room, the lovely deep bath in our bathroom, the large, spacious bedroom suite we had and the evening drink and snack event offered each evening. The breakfast was very good too.

Cons:

Be aware that if you walk up to the hotel from the village it's quite a steep slope.
