Peaceful and relaxing stay
Pros:

The incredible views of Mt. Fuji from the lounge and room (floor 7) and the amazing onsen bath facilities (including steam room and sauna) were the highlights! Also, really appreciated the shuttle service from the train station to the hotel.

Incredible relaxation and health
Pros:

This hotel has thought of everything. Every last amenity to make your stay healthy and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The baths were beautiful! We loved the free wine service with views of Mt Fuji.

Cons:

Location is a bit tricky to get to. The property itself is spotless but a bit dated.

Emplacement super, repas à éviter absolument sur place.

l’emplacement, la chambre, la vue, les produits fournis.

Cons:

La rigidité, il nous avait été impossible de changer du menu (pre-réservé) pour un menu à la Carte dans le même restaurant . Dommage ce manque de flexibilité! Le plus grave étant le manque d’adaptation dans le menu proposé car il y avait un ingrédient que nous ne pouvions pas manger. À la place, nous avions 0 option. Menu cher aussi pour le rapport qualité/prix. Enfin, le verre de bienvenue nous avait été refusé car le bar était déjà fermé 19:12 vs 19h00.
