Amazing stay
Pros:

Beautiful location and view, especially if you take the bathtub on the balcony. Free snacks and drinks available during the day and night. They can come pick you for free from the station if you reserve in advance

Fabulous view of Mount Fuji however dining and hospitality arrangements were below expectations
Pros:

There was a fantastic view of Mount Fuji and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the station

Cons:

There was no opportunity to buy a beer in the lounge area although it could be purchased in the restaurant during meal times.
The catering arrangements for dinner weren’t great, there were two sittings 5:30 and 7:45 and and it was effectively a set menu but with a choice of 2 mains.
As a result of everyone arriving at the same time, it felt more like a function than a restaurant meal, staff were very busy getting all the food out at the same time to all guests, it felt like we were being served rather than waited on.
