Excellent budget hotel that does not compromise quality because of the low price. Friendly Staff. Convenient lobby cafe open until late.
The hotel is very close to the GOSI metro subway station. Even if they were doing works of renewal in some areas of the hotel, it was all very clean and quiet. They made me very comfortable during my staying there.
I would recommend to improve the quality of the Wi.Fi. I travel for work and Wi-Fi is very important for me. Apart to this, I have to say that they really tryied to help me as musch as they could to speed up the Wi-Fi connection, so it was also a nice experience and time I spent with the staff that offered me a lot kindnes and arabic coffee! They already said that they'll improve it in the next future. I will check it out for sure because I'd like to go back there soon.
One last thing: the swimming pool on the roof top is very nice but it closes at 5pm. I would be very happy to be able to have a nice swim in the evening because the temperatures are more comfortable and the evening/night hours in Riyadh are very very to spend some time in relax outside. During the day it's very hard to be outside.

Staff is amazing and very supportive
Room size was good. A comfortable bed with very nice pillows. Generally the room amenities were good. This place is great value. The breakfast is not lavish, but has enough items. Good coffee. 24 hour room service and the service is prompt. Didn't have to wait for long periods for any service.
They only provide 2 bottles of water in the room. During the summer, that's very inadequate. Yes, you can get extra water if you order, but by default they should put in 4 bottles.
As for location, it is very close to the metro station. However, there is no convenience store close by.

Actually this property outshined my expectations. Booked 3 rooms on short notice with 2 colleagues. Had low expectations due to the excellent prices.
Arrived at 10am planning to just drop our bags in the lobby due to the early arrival before going out for meetings. The gentleman at the reception immediately contacted housekeeping and arranged 3 rooms. Rooms are very modern and incredibly clean. Grest restaurant and also a cafe in the lobby. Really cant say enough positive things about this property. Everyone we interacted with were extremely friendly. Will definitely be staying in this hotel on all my future Riyahd trips.
