Urlaub Stadt Besuch
Pros:

Empfang,Rezeption, Sandra ist eine motivierte Frau sehr geeignet in Tourismus Bransche. Sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer war gut,die Ausstattung super.

Cons:

An der Bar waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Mitarbeiter ohne Lust und Laune keine Begrüßung, Ohne professionelle Fachwissen über Tourismus und umgehend mit die Kunden. Das Hotel verliert sehr viel in Restauration. Wir wollten was essen,leider hat uns unsere Urlaub Laune wegen die indiferenz von Mitarbeiter. Viele sind auch weg über die Straße etwas anders zu suchen.

Sehr gutes Hotel in der City Nord .
Pros:

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Bar, dass es auch spät etwas zu essen gab.
Tiefgarage gute Parkmöglichkeit, nicht so eng. Stadtpark vor der Tür . Danke

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Einweg-Hausschuhe für die Gäste sowie einige Löffel und etwas grundlegendes Geschirr zur Verfügung gestellt würden. Das würde den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer und komfortabler machen.

Riesiges und hohes Gebäude; Keine wirklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe; Keine frische Luft in den Zimmern möglich; Klimaanlage vorhanden, aber ohne große Wirkung; überteuertes Frühstück (28€/Tag/Person); Überflug durch Passagier-Maschinen und Kampfjets

The room was prepared for 2 people instead of 3. Expensive and far from city center.
Cons:

We booked the room for 3 people, but there were only 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs, and 2 coffees. No more. This was unacceptable! The third bed was an incorrect sofa bed with only one bad pillow instead of 2 like the normal bed.
When we asked the staff about giving us one more mug and instant coffee they could not communicate efficiently among them so they never brought us the coffee for the third person! All of this for 185€ per night, very far away from the city centre!
