Pros:

EXTREM schade fanden wir, dass man das an sich gute Abendessen nur in der Lobby an Couchtischen zu sich nehmen konnte und nicht an richtigen Tischen essen konnte. So kann man vielleicht Snacks und Drinks zu sich nehmen, aber kein Abendessen. Ebenso hätten wir uns mehr Stauraum für Klamotten auf dem Zimmer gewünscht. Mit 4 Personen war dies eindeutig zu wenig. Ich habe aber in sofern Verständnis, da dies kein Familen-, sondern eher ein Business-Hotel ist. Der Schwerpunkt ist ein anderer.

Das Hotel war sauber und unser Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage, die bei unserer Ankunft schon lief, so dass das Zimmer angenehm gekühlt war.

Zimmer sind sauber, Frühstück und Parken aber völlig überteuert.
Pros:

Die Aussicht über den Stadtpark bis zur Hafencity war sehr schön. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und Zimmer war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war völlig überteuert und qualitativ schlecht. Wir saßen morgens zum Frühstück draussen bei Sonnenschein auf der Terasse. Diese war aber noch sehr verdreckt vom Abend zuvor. Ich wischte mir selbst meinen Tisch sauber und räumte Müll weg. die Müllablage direkt neben der Tür war unappetitlich. Das Personal hätte das locker beseitigen können, gerade wenn man bedenkt, dass wir nicht die einzigen Menschen waren die bei solchem Wetter draußen frühstückten.
Das Parken ist völlig überteuert. Direkt gegenüber kann man in einem Hotel für die Hälfte pro Nacht parken. Das Frühstück ist dort ebenfalls 8 Euro günstiger und das Personal deutlich freundlicher. Die Terrasse war ebenfalls eingedeckt und sauber.
