Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Suite in der 18. Etage mit einem fantastischen Panoramablick auf die Stadt Hamburg. Die Lage des Hotels ist exzellent; das Zentrum von Hamburg ist in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit wird im ganzen Hotel groĂźgeschrieben.
Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Wäre die Innenarchitektur ansprechender, könnte das Hotel den Anspruch erheben, ein 5-Sterne-Hotel zu sein. Von außen ist das Hotel sehr schön, die Inneneinrichtung hingegen eher bescheiden. In unserer Suite herrschte eine Farbdissonanz von Braun, Grau, Rosa, Schwarz und Holz bis hin zu dem äußerst ungemütlich gestalteten, weiß gefliesten Badezimmer.Wünschenswert wären eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Stehlampe und im Bad eine Regendusche.Was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist, sind die hängenden, braunen Stränge im Frühstücksraum. Sie sind Schmutzfänger und aus hygienischen Gründen gehören nicht in einen Speiseraum. Die ästhetische Wirkung ist mehr als fraglich.
