Микроклимат в номере
Pros:

Интересный, концептуальный отель. Красиво оформлен, отличная звукоизоляция и возможность сделать полный блэкаут в номере. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Ужасный климат контроль в номере. В номерах нет кондиционера, нет возможности открыть окна. При установленной температуре 18 градусов, реальная температура в номере была 27 градусов (так установили на ресепшене после жалобы, что в номере сауна). При этом на улице температура не превышала 24 градусов. Персонал объяснил это тем, что в номерах есть только естественная вентиляция, которая не справляется. Персонал предложил вентилятор и попытался отрегулировать вентиляцию, но это практически не помогло. Не представляю что происходит в номерах в те дни, когда на улице больше 30 градусов.

Nicht noch einmal!
Pros:

- Sehr schöne Bar mit der Möglichkeit WM-Spiele zu gucken.
- Metro-Station ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt

Cons:

- keine Klimaanlage im gesamten Hotel (bei hohen Temperaturen wird es unerträglich heiß)
- Zimmeraufteilung: Badezimmer ist leider in den Wohnbereich integriert. Daher hat man keine Privatsphäre. Das Waschbecken befindet sich 40cm neben dem Bett. Die Duschkabine besitzt keinen Abzug. Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Bei heißen Temperaturen ist es stickig und feucht im Hotelzimmer. Zimmer durch Raumaufteilung eher klein. Fernseher funktionierte nicht einwandfrei.
- Keine Rezeption im herkömmlichen Sinne vorhanden. Stattdessen teilweiser Self check in.
