Top verblijf, we raden het zeker aan!
Pros:

Goede locatie, dichtbij OV, lekker rustig ‘s nachts. Kamer ruim en comfortabel. Bed ligt heerlijk! Fijn en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Klein puntje van verbetering, het zou ideaal zijn als er een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat op de kamer aanwezig zijn.

Pros:

Check-in was moeizaam op dinsdagochtend, maar die dame was heel behulpzaam en heeft het manueel ingegeven;
De dame op woensdagmorgen was HEEL onvriendelijk, ze zei me dat ik in de rij moest staan en dat anders de deur daar staat als het mij niet aanstaat !!!
1 rij voor check out en ontbijt is niet echt handig...
Ik vroeg daarna om 14uur dat ze extra zakdoekjes kon laten zetten in de kamer en toen keek ze echt minachtend en ik heb haar nog verteld dat ik een klant ben, en dat ondanks ik een green arrangement gevraagd heb, ik het recht heb om dit te vragen. Zij ging onmiddelijk in de verdediging en zei dat ik mijn keuze had gemaakt. Zij is echt niet op haar plaatst in de"hospitality wereld".

Overpriced and underwhelming, not great location
Pros:

Bedrooms were well appointed

Cons:

The Staff are rude and do not put Customers first. There was of course one or two exceptions to that. Cost of Breakfast was over priced for the Breakfast quality and items on offer. Very much under rated and poor in this area. The seating was extremely uncomfortable and felt more like a School dining room rather than a Hotel.

Uitstekende uitvalbasis om van daaruit Amsterdam te ontdekken dmv metro.
Pros:

Uitstekend ontbijt, gevarieerde en ruime keuze.
Comfortabele bedden. Leuke kamer.

Cons:

Spijtig dat de bovenste verdieping (om van het mooie uitzicht te genieten) volledig ingericht is met een zeer prijselijk restaurant/bar.

Atrašanās vieta, komforts un ļoti ērtas gultas. Lieliski, ka atsakoties no istabas uzkopšanas, varējām izvēlēties kādu dzērienu bārā par velti.

Cons:

Vienīgais, kas tiešām izraisīja neērtības, bija tas, ka dušas telpai bija stikla durvis un viss bija redzams. Ja viens ceļotājs gāja dušā, tad otram bija jādodas lejā uz lobiju..

Pros:

The hotel is modern and nice. Pleasant atmosphere in the room, very good location - 3 mins from the metro.

Cons:

The check-in was the worst. After long trip and being tired, the last thing I wanted to stand in the queue for 30 mins to be checked in.

There was a system where you could automatically check in and there were no cards available to do that. The worker just abandoned us in the middle of the conversation and went to answer to someone else and never came back to us. We arrived the first and were ones of the last to go in.

Sooo unprofessional. The entire thing just made me cry.
