The property is located in one of the two safest areas in the entire city.
We requested an additonal bed way ahead in advance, we didn’t get it and we had to pay for an upgrade additional 110usd.
La limpieza es muy buena, toallas limpias y espacios limpios de igual manera.
Era mi tercera estadía en el hotel y la verdad nunca pensé pasar un momento tan desagradable a mi llegada al hotel: llegué con mi acompañante y mi hijo de 10 años a las casi 2:00 am, a la hora del check in a esa hora el recepciónista en turno me informa el valor a pagar el cual excedía casi 200 mil pesos por encima de lo que booking me había cobradoo, cabe resaltar que este valor ya sumaba precio total de la estadía + impuestos y cargos, por lo cual tuve un momento bastante incomodo con el recepcionista pidiéndole que me explicara la razón de este aumento, su respuesta fue que no l hotel manejaba una tasa diferente a la de booking. ¿ entonces qué caso tiene que se hagan las reservas por este medio si al llegar al hospedaje nos van a cobrar un valor totalmente diferente y elevado?. Fueron casi 30 a 40 minutos que pasamos por n la recepción a las 2:00 am con maletas y un niño que se quedó dormido en el sofá por todo ese tiempo, esta situación es totalmente inaceptable.
Por otro lado el desayuno aunque bueno y bien logrado le hace falta más variedad en pastelería, carnes como chorizo y salchichas para los niños, los pancitos que colocan son bastantes rústicos.
Esta fue mi tercera estadía y realmente creo que la última, el personal le hace falta sonreír y dar la bienvenida cuando uno entra al hotel , la única que lo hace es la recepcionista que es la más joven de todas.
