Don’t stay at this hotel! This hotel scammed my money outright. They refuse to respond to any communication, and the contact number they provided is completely fake.

Their own hotel policy clearly states: if you can’t check in and have already submitted a cancellation request, they will only charge the first night’s fee.

However, they took the full amount of my booking instead of following their own rules. They ignore all messages and refuse to resolve the issue.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Do not book this hotel unless you want to get scammed out of your money.
