Perfect for a few days in Chiang Mai
Pros:

Good sized room with big bed, big bathroom with very good shower. Absolutely quiet even being in a main area, the room has a very good noise isolation. Good swimming pool with free-to-use towels, pool beds, etc. Kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

No space for working, the small table is not OK to be used as a desktop. Only one keycard for two people. Flipflops available for the swimmig pool but no slippers for use inside the room.

Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. It was one of the best hotel experiences that I have had.

Cons:

Nothing. It was truly an enjoyable stay and the staff were phenomenal.

I'll never go back to that hotel. I was there for two days and it was terrible!
Pros:

The room is beautiful, the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

But it's impossible to sleep!! The doors in the hotel are all wooden and there's no soundproofing at all. You can hear everything that's going on in every room, constant knocking and sharp slamming of doors. It's unbearable to fall asleep and stay asleep. I'd rather sleep outside than there.
