amazing! exceeded my expectations honestly
Pros:

Honestly the staff was amazing! Location was also amazing in nistansi, 5 minutes walking distance from the main shopping area in nistansi. Also the rooms were super big, clean, and whenever I needed anything from Mouhaira (manager of hotel) & her team they were so so helpful! very nice cafes next to the hotel as well.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing staff!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and had superb customer service. Staff were very friendly, quite helpful with our special requests and responded quickly. Our room was very spacious with comfortable, high quality bedding. Added details provided in our room included a daily carafe of detox water, coffee and tea makers with special blends of coffee and tea. Traditional Turkish breakfast was ample and delicious. The location was ideal for our needs.

Отношение! Как к самому лучшему и долгожданному гостю! Понравилось всё начиная от потрясных завтраков заканчивая заботой всего коллектива отеля! Чувство что мы побывали в гостях у любимых родственников которые живут в Турции! Уже скучаем🥹❤️👍

Cons:

Просторные номера, кровати супер удобные, чистейшее постельное белье, при заселении в каждый номер (их было 3) комплимент в виде вкуснейшего брауни! 💔

Very pleasant. Peaceful. Close to shopping and food. Very walkable. Clean with attentive staff.
Pros:

It was very clean. Maid came through once a day to tidy up. It was walking distance from major shop, food spots, and other places I planned to go. They made my stay very convenient called cabs. Ordered delivery to my room for me. Kept the fridge stocked with beverages. Having breakfast each morning included was very beneficial for my stay as well. If I ever end up coming back to Istanbul I will keep this hotel in mind. Staff were pleasant and attentive. The manager came through during breakfast and greeted me by name asking how my stay was going. They did a very good job. I was comfortable and felt safe.

Cons:

I think attention to detail on age of food being stored is imperative (for breakfast). I was served a platter that had moldy tomatoes. Salt and pepper shakers had cob webs on them. These were small things in my opinion that were immediately remedied when I pointed them out. Linens, silverware, dishes, cups were all very clean. So I didn’t see this as an all encompassing issue. I did notice a slight ant problem in the breakfast enclosed patio. This is my only feedback for areas of potential improvement. Otherwise, it was still a very pleasant stay. Staff were very attentive. And I really loved the patio breakfast overall. Lots of surrounding greenery and peaceful.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach hervorragend! Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir unglaublich freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre.

Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, modern ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel – besonders das bequeme Bett und die Ruhe in der Nacht haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich aufmerksame und herzliche Personal. Jeder Wunsch wurde schnell und professionell erfüllt, und man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal – zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt hat wirklich alles gepasst, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Qualität, Komfort und exzellenten

Pros:

Kaldığımız otelden son derece memnun kaldık. Otelin genel atmosferi, temizliği ve konforu beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonel yaklaşımları konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendimizi gerçekten çok iyi karşılanmış hissettik. Nasz pobyt w hotelu Ada Suites Nisantasi był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Od pierwszej chwili w tym hotelu poczuliśmy się jak w domu. Recepcjonista wieczorny przesympatyczny, niezwykle pomocny i profesjonalny. Pokój o wysokim standardzie, przestronny, pięknie urządzony, nieskazitelnie czysty i wyposażony we wszystko, co tylko było potrzebne. Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, blisko najważniejszych atrakcji a jednocześnie w spokojnej, butikowej okolicy. Cały pobyt pełen komfortu, relaksu i znakomitej obsługi (przesympatyczna Pani recepcjonistka, dbająca o komfort każdego z gości). To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością byśmy wrócili! Polecam każdemu kto ceni sobie najwyższą jakość :-)

Śniadania były smaczne i estetycznie podane, choć niewielkie urozmaicenie oferty oraz dodanie propozycji mięsnych mogłoby jeszcze bardziej podnieść ich atrakcyjność.

Wohlfühl Zimmer
Pros:

Ich war vor und nach einer Operation in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel mit einer kleinen Küchenniche ausgestattet.
Für mich war es genau das richtige um mich wohl zu fühlen.
Das Personal war stets bemüht und darauf aus, dass es mir gut geht..
Ich habe jeden Tag mein Frühstück auf das Zimmer bekommen, was für mich zu dieser Zeit wirklich einen großen Pluspunkt hatte.
