Great facility, but very touristy and crowded village
Pros:

The room exceeded our expectations - it was much bigger than we expected! The spa was great and the breakfast was good enough, although very crowded.

Cons:

At breakfast there were a lot of people in a relatively small space. Also the food at the restaurant for dinner was not that great (for that price).

Pros:

We booked budget rooms, however all facilities of resort were available to us. Room amenities were complete, seems only distracting feature was no view, but a charming outdoor patio to enjoy night air was still included.Only a short distance to train station , but incl shuttle was appreciated when transporting bags.

Pros:

Acomodação confortável, espaçosa e limpa. O tamanho era enorme, o maior quarto de hotel que já ficamos. Foi uma surpresa encontrar um “apartamento” num único quarto.
O atendimento foi nota 10 também. O café da manhã espetacular e a piscina/spa maravilhosa Super recomendo pelo custo benefício.

Pros:

Apartamento extremamente limpo e aconchegante, com espaço excelente para a hospedagem familiar.
Café da manhã muito bom, e contamos com a gentileza da sala de bagagem pós estadia, banheiro para utilização e o transporte gratuito até a estação de trem.
Com certeza retornaremos !

매우 만족스러운 숙박이었음
마테호른 뷰는 아니었지만 햇빛이 충분히 들어옴
버짓룸이지만 그외 부대시설은 알펜리조트와 동일하게 이용가능
조식 괜찮았지만 2일간 동일한 구성으로 나옴
멀리까지 안가더라도 숙소 출입구에서 황금호른 볼수있음
리조트 바로 뒷편 언덕에 양떼무리 보임

화장실갈때마다 계단을 이용해야한다는게 유일한 단점

Fantastic stay in Zermatt
Pros:

Everything was perfect: clean room, great breakfast and fantastic spa facilities. We had a great time as a family there.

Cons:

The lady at the check-in first asked us to pay the tax and then welcomed us to the hotel. The welcome should have been the first thing to say. Also, the pillows are not great.

Mejor lugar para hospedarse en Zermatt
Pros:

El cuarto que era muy amplio y bonito. Tambien la amabilidad de las personas del hotel que siempre buscaron apoyarnos y facilitar nuestra estancia en Zermatt. Me gustó que se comunicaran conmigo en español, facilitó mucho las cosas.
