Pros:

Ruime zeer nette kemer.
Balkon met zicht op de Matterhorn, wat kun je meer wensen.
Ontbijt was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, enorm vriendelijke bediening.
Bar heel fijn vertoeven en lekkere verzorgde drankjes.
Spa tip top in orde.
We hadden geboekt voor 1 dag, maar zijn 3 dagen gebleven....

Top hotel in a top place
Pros:

The view from the hotel is top! The room was clean & service was spot on. Breakfast was superb, very varied and tasty. All the people were very friendly and helpful, and they offered a taxi service to take you to the train station. Certainly would like to go back to the hotel.

Cons:

Beds could be a bit more firm, but that's a matter of taste

Pros:

Le petit déjeuné était de très bonne qualité. Le Spa était à la hauteur, bien pense, avec plusieurs zones pour se reposer au calme. Le plus: le Tea Time.

Cons:

Le local vélos sécurisé est un peu petit. Des crochets pourraient permettre que les vélos ne soient pas empilés. Le personnel nous a proposé très gentiment de les mettre dans le ski room.

Pros:

飯店位於車站走出來左手邊直走，還算方便易找。地下室無景觀三人房雖無景觀，但有對外落地窗，也可以走出去，房間很大。早餐很豐盛，選擇很多，超乎預期，蛋糕、煙燻鮭魚很好吃。還有三溫暖、遊戲室等空間可使用，算是度假型放鬆飯店，若能充分使用就超值了。可以載送往返車站也很好。

Cons:

一開始訂房覺得價格偏高，但入住後覺得設施多元，能理解這個價格。
浴室要下階梯樓層，很大一間，只是有人在洗澡就無法上廁所與使用洗手台了。
