Pros:

飯店位於車站走出來左手邊直走，還算方便易找。地下室無景觀三人房雖無景觀，但有對外落地窗，也可以走出去，房間很大。早餐很豐盛，選擇很多，超乎預期，蛋糕、煙燻鮭魚很好吃。還有三溫暖、遊戲室等空間可使用，算是度假型放鬆飯店，若能充分使用就超值了。可以載送往返車站也很好。

Cons:

一開始訂房覺得價格偏高，但入住後覺得設施多元，能理解這個價格。
浴室要下階梯樓層，很大一間，只是有人在洗澡就無法上廁所與使用洗手台了。

Quite possibly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

The spa was excellent and great that our 14 year old daughter could use it. The downstairs bathroom was amazing. The breakfast and afternoon tea had a fantastic selection.

Great place
Pros:

The room was called a "budget" room but it was still fabulous and we were able to use all of the amenities. The roof top whirlpool was very nice and the breakfast was tasty. They held our luggage after check out so we could walk around town unencumbered.

Pros:

Everything was excellent! We couldn’t have been happier. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. My wife got a wonderful massage. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

הבריכה והג'קוזי נהדרים ויש חדר משחקים עם שולחנות כדורגל וביליארד שהילדים מאוד נהנו מהם. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ונעימה. חדר גדול עם מרפסת ונוף נהדר. מקלחת מרווחת ונעימה.

Absolutely loved our stay - wouldn't change a thing!
Pros:

I don't know how the budget rooms compare to the room at the Alpen Resort, but I thought the budget room was amazing. The room itself was huge; loved the bonus seating areas and expansive floor space, and the lower-level bathroom was the size of locker room!!

The pool was amazing - spacious with lots of added features. The location was great, too - close to the train station and grocery store, and right off the main shopping and dining district.

Very good complimentary breakfast.

Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück, es war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Auch der Spa-Bereich war schön und lud zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein

Am ersten Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Leider waren wir mit dem Service nicht ganz zufrieden. Auch wenn die Mitarbeitenden nicht Deutsch gesprochen haben, hatten wir Verständnis dafür. Uns fehlte jedoch die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Es wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir noch etwas möchten, wir hätten nämlich gerne noch ein Dessert bestellt. Auch das Essen konnte uns leider nicht vollständig überzeugen.

Pros:

If I could give this place an 11 I would. Super clean, very friendly staff and centrally located. The hotel should think about renaming these rooms, its only "budget" because it doesn't have a direct view of the mountains as its located below ground but there is nothing budget about the room itself - its actually a suite/duplex room with the private bathroom thats located at the bottom of your room. Breakfast was great with quite the variety. And the pool/spa area is one of the best I've seen, these rooms are definitely well worth it
