Sehr gute Adresse in Kasane
Pros:

Gepflegte Unterkunft. unsere Zimmer waren erst kürzlich renoviert worden. Zwar eher großes Hotel, dennoch persönliche Atmosphäre. Freundliches Personal, tolle Unterstützung auch schon weit im Vorfeld (z.B. Buchen eines Shuttles) . Schnelle Antworten. Personal sehr freundlich- Essen „überraschend“ gut. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Flusssafarie. Sehr gepflegte Anlage

Muito bom
Pros:

O hotel é bom e muito espaçoso, com equipe muito atenciosa. A localização é boa. O quarto é confortável. O banheiro tem ótimo tamanho. O restaurante é muito bom, oferecendo excelente café da manhã. O hotel oferece ótimos espaços para o hóspede aguardar entre os tours pela região.

Cons:

A iluminação do banheiro é deficiente. É necessário trocar as lâmpadas imediatamente. Os funcionários da limpeza do quarto não repõem as toalhas imediatamente. Às vezes, o apartamento está limpo, mas as toalhas ainda não foram repostas.

Ideal para descansar, dependencia total del taxi
Pros:

Habitaciones tranquilas y bien equipadas, la habitación triple disponía de dos cuartos de baño. Desayuno variado. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina al no disponer de tiempo

Cons:

No hay nada en los alrededores del hotel. Para cualquier actividad, restaurante o compra fuera de las instalaciones, es obligatorio moverse en taxi.

Schlechte Kommunikation und mangelnde Kundenorientierung, fehlende Rückschsichtsnahme

Super positiv der Nationalpark ist nur 5 min weg und solide eingerichtet
Die Durchführung der Aktivitäten waren super

Cons:

Leider wurde meine glutenfreie Ernährung nicht ernst genommen, obwohl ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen strikt kein Gluten essen darf. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit Teilen des Personals unzureichend. Ich wurde nicht ausreichend über die gebuchten Aktivitäten informiert und erhielt weder ein konkretes Datum noch genaue Uhrzeiten oder weitere Details. Eine Aktivität wurde gebucht, obwohl die Organisation und die Informationen im Voraus nicht eindeutig kommuniziert wurden. Zusätzlich empfand ich die Kommunikation bezüglich der Bezahlung der Aktivitäten als sehr aufdringlich, obwohl ich bereits mitgeteilt hatte, dass ich die Zahlung später vornehmen werde. Außerdem ließ sich die Zimmertür nicht richtig schließen, mir wurde jedoch gesagt, dass alles in Ordnung sei.

Wonderful, reasonable hotel
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful 4 day stay.
The hotel is pristine, every member of staff is friendly and helpful, the mongooses are a delight and some baboons dropped by when I was at the pool one day.

I hope to be back some time in the future and this time I will leave all my game drive bookings to the hotel - they are significantly cheaper than booking through online providers.

Perfect stop outside Chobe!
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. Very nice and well-appointed business hotel on the border of Chobe National Park. Staff was friendly and competent, and our room was much larger than expected! Breakfast was buffet style and decent, with a wide array of foods to pick from.

Un Oasis en Botswana
Pros:

Me gustó todo. No parecía un hotel de la zona de lo guapo y cuidado que estaba todo. El buffet y los desayunos muy buenos.

Cons:

La ubicación, está un pelín retirado del centro de Kasane, pero allí vamos todos con coche, así que no debe presentar problema alguno.

工作人员热情，离镇上约2km需打车去，工作人员帮忙叫车。房间干净，有泳池。离公园近约15分钟车程

稍微离镇上有点距离，附近无商店餐厅，买东西不便。

Oké prijs kwaliteit maar er zijn sfeervolllere accommodaties
Pros:

Kamer was prima, we hadden een familiekamer. Boven is ruim, beneden wat klein. Ontbijt is prima. Prijs oké. Tours goed geregeld.

Cons:

Restaurant ruimte is kaal en niet sfeervol. Eten is oké maar praktisch heeft geen sfeer. Veel dieren op het terrein, niet altijd veilig. Zwembad was heel koud. Kamer was niet geheel schoon maar na aandringen schoon gemaakt. Al met al basic maar oké voor deze prijs.
