Important information:

Please note that the shuttle service to Bolzano Airport and Ponte Gardena Train Station comes at extra costs. The shuttle service is available from 8:30 until 12:00 in winter.

While outdoor parking is free and reservation is not needed, parking in the garage 394 feet from the property is at extra charge and reservation is required.

The spa center is open from 16:00 until 19:00 during summer, and from 14:30 until 19:00 during winter.

Use of solarium and hot tub is at an additional cost.

Please note that the price for half-board does not include drinks.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Amazing relaxing place after a long walk
Pros:

It was an amazing stay. We got there a bit late looking forward to use the spa which is open until 19 and they kept it a bit more time open for us. We had the dinner which is 25€ for 5 courses and it was amazing we were sat next to a lovely couple that go there every year (95yo and 90yo). Really clean and nice room with spacious bathroom. The staff were amazing everyone so kind and helpful with everything.

Cons:

I just don’t like it when the double bed are to singles put together because you can feel the space in the middle but maybe with a bed topper it would be good because the mattress were really comfortable.

Piacevole vacanza, riposante in un luogo gradevole e circondato dalle più belle montagne.
Pros:

Colazione varia, ricca e di ottima qualità. Ottima la posizione in pieno centro e allo stesso tempo vicina a impianti di risalita, in particolare alla cabinovia per il Ciampinoi raggiungibile a brevissima distanza (il mio è stato un soggiorno estivo). Il servizio a tavola è molto accurato. Personale assai accogliente e disponibile.

Cons:

Io ho scelta la mezza pensione: la cena è ricca, con molte portate, sempre dessert finale e iniziale buffet di verdure, solo darei qualche spazio in più a tipicità locali.

Pros:

We stayed here as a family of four, and we had an amazing time. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, friendly, and approachable.My parents love having hot tea whenever they relax in the room. Whenever we took our thermos downstairs and asked for hot water, the staff at the front desk happily filled it up for us every time. On top of that, they provided excellent valet service and smoothly arranged our laundry.We also stayed here for a few days last year. If we ever visit the area again, this hotel will definitely be our top choice!

De ongelooflijk goede service en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het lekkere eten, comfortabele bedden.

Cons:

Minpuntje: de parkeerplekken buiten.
Je moet je autosleutel afgeven. Auto’s moesten achter elkaar worden gezet op een kleine plek.

Auffallend außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt im Armin
Pros:

Der Service ist unglaublich toll: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Auch auf unsere Essenspräferenzen (vegan) wurde flexibel eingegangen (Abendessen, Frühstück). Es war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Ich fände ein weicheres Kopfteil am Bett schön. Das ist bei diesem Hotel aber echt meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Nuostabus viešbučio personalas, labai šiltai priėmė mus ir mūsų augintinį. Taip patiko, jog pasiėmėme papildomai dar vieną naktį. Puikiai suderino pusryčius ir vakarienę, jog galėtume savo augintinį pasiimti kartu. Neturiu nei vieno blogo žodžio apie šį viešbutį ir jo personalą - nuostabūs!
