De tudo! O Hotel ajudou em tudo o que precisei, sem gerar nenhum tipo de desconforto. Pelo contrário, sempre foram extremamente solícitos.

Clean, and comfortable room, only lot of noise from the main street even during the night, specially from the cars passing.

Absolute Empfehlung – einfach perfekt!

Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel Armin und waren wirklich begeistert! Selten haben wir uns in einem Hotel von Anfang an so wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Das Personal ist super freundlich, herzlich und unglaublich zuvorkommend – hier wird Service wirklich gelebt. Dazu kommt ein Essen, das einfach grandios und auf höchstem Niveau ist. Wir waren jeden Abend aufs Neue begeistert!

Auch mit Hund ist das Hotel eine absolute Empfehlung. Unser Vierbeiner war hier nicht einfach nur „erlaubt“, sondern wirklich herzlich willkommen.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Die Gondeln und auch Supermarkt & Co. sind schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Auch der Wellness-Bereich ist nach einem langen Wandertag genau das Richtige - sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut.

Kurz gesagt: Toller Service, fantastisches Essen, perfekte Lage, saubere Zimmer und ein rundum herzliches Team. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen! 🥰

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Armin. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the room was very pretty. The location is great, it is central but still quiet. Bus stop is just 100 meters away making it easy to explore the surroundings. I was a little worried about the parking, but they have their system to fit all cars in! Half-board meals were delicious and really good value, and the breakfast was excellent. Spa facilities were also great after long days on the mountains.

如果可以打11/10分的話，我會毫無保留的給11分！這間飯店是我在多洛米地山區住過最棒的飯店，無論是服務、餐點、內裝、交通所有都是one of a kind。
服務：所有員工都非常親切且竭盡所能的滿足客戶的要求，用餐時或在大廳遇到時還會親切的聊天並記得你所有的喜好，其中最讓人印象深刻的就是酒保Bledi總是超熱心的幫忙協助停車、每天看到時都會遞上溫暖的關懷，重點是我在住宿時間摔壞了手機，他知道後馬上給我們該到哪裡買手機的建議，讓我們能夠在很短的時間內內順利買到新手機，完全沒有延誤任何行程也沒有買貴；餐廳的Claudia總是面露可愛的微笑招呼我們，每個飯店裡的員工都讓人印象極度深刻。
餐點：晚餐真的是讓我和老公魂牽夢縈至今，包含超豐盛的自助沙拉吧，主餐是開胃菜+前菜+湯+first course+second course+甜點，餐點很明顯是有主廚設計的高級餐點，精緻但又不會過度料理，保留食物的原型又添加了其他食材製成的醬汁增添食物的特色和香氣口感，甚至在first和second course中間還會不時搭配refreshment的創新緩衝，醬汁本身只是增添餐點層次，卻不會搶走主食口感和風味，每一天的晚餐都讓我們難以忘懷！
內裝：溫馨典雅的傳統山屋風格，我們的陽台就能看到Cir Group的景觀，清晨和黃昏時光是在陽台上往外看都覺得美！房間空間寬敞明亮，附設的桑拿和紅外線室對於健行一整天的人來說絕對是福音。
交通：飯店就在Selva di Gardena市中心，走路到公車站只要1分鐘；走到Funivie Ciampinoi只要400公尺；走到Dantercepies只要1公里，許多纜車和健行路線都在公車和纜車步行可達的範圍，就算開車也有停車位可以停，交通非常方便。
整體來說，這間旅館絕對是我冬天再訪時一定會選擇的地方，希望下次帶著我買的新手機回訪時，Bledi和飯店裡所有可愛的員工們還會記得我們～(我希望我可以放些酒店的照片但照片都在摔壞的手機裡@@)

Tutto meraviglioso. Struttura pulita, ottima posizione, staff cordiale. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Miarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer komfortabel und das Essen sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Het personeel , de hartelijkheid , vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid, je voelt je gelijk thuis , de onberispelijke schone kamer met een heerlijk bed , badkamer niet groot, maar wel met een heerlijke douche, het ontbijt en diner super goed en lekker, s middags kon je terecht om een stukje hartigheid,, strudel of cake te nuttigen, de locatie is top centraal in het stadje Selva Wolkenstein , zelfs het busvervoer naar div. plekken werkte prima ( 180m van hotel) met de gratis buskaart van het hotel

Hartelijk bedankt allemaal , voor de geweldige tijd die we bij en met jullie hebben gehad👍🙌👏

Hotel je uredan. Narocito nam se svidjelo vrlo, vrlo usluzno osoblje hotela. Stigli smo jako kasno i gospodja sa recepcije je dala sve od sebe da nas smjesti, da nam osigura parking i da budemo zadovoljni. To se nastavilo i na dorucku. Isto tako pohvala i za vlasnika hotela koji se osobno angazirao oko parkinga u kasne sate. Hvala
