Very nice hotel and location, would stay again. Totally recommend.
Pros:

This property was in a good location for LAX, we stayed for 2 nights before flying out, no homeless nearby that we saw. The location was great as we explored the surrounding areas by car. This property has a few food places and fuel stations nearby. The property was modern, clean, tidy, extremely comfortable beds, free coffee 24/7 in reception for guests and all staff we encountered, were friendly and helpful. You pay for parking but it is worth it, it is off the street and in a parking building behind and under the hotel, felt very secure.

Great breakfast selection and you can adjust the air conditioning temperature.

Cons:

At breakfast it was extremely busy, a very large space with very limited seating/tables to eat at for the number of guests. Tables also need to be wiped cleaned as people left, or supply cleaning wipes for guests to clean the tables themselves as we had to eat at a very dirty table two mornings in a row.

Air conditioning unit was very loud, this appears to be a common thing in the US as we had the same issue at every hotel we stayed at. You will need earplugs to sleep if you aren't used to the noise.
