Great hotel, great location and pizza!
Pros:

Great hotel with a bonus pizza restaurant and roof bar. Great staff, good service, nice room, amazing location just 15 minute walk to Lincoln Memorial. Will always stay here during future visits.

Cons:

Everything is expensive in Washington, DC, and though this is a micro hotel I think the price could have been a little less considering maid service is by request.

Pros:

ottima la posizione 10 minuti a piedi dal centro turistico. Buona la pulizia della stanza.

Cons:

stanza molto piccola per due persone, non era possibile rimanere, sembravamo accampati, prezzo esagerato rispetto agli altri hotel della zona. Abbiamo chiesto una camera più ampia ma non c'erano disponibili, con loro suggerimento abbiamo alloggiato gli altri due giorni rimasti in altro hotel vicino spendendo meno ma avevamo anche cucinino e soggiorno oltre alla stanza da letto e bagno. Il personale dell'hotel Hive ci aveva garantito il rimborso per le due notti non usufruite ma ad oggi non abbiamo ricevuto niente e non rispondono alle mail di sollecito mie e dello staff di booking

Definitely recommend the Hive
Pros:

The staff is great and very helpful. The building has a very nice and relaxed atmosphere and a realy fun rooftop bar. Also, you cant beat the location. Everything you need in walking distance or public transportation. *****

Très bon accueil, personnel adorable. Chambre propre. Lit confortable. Emplacements top pour voir les principaux monuments. Et un parking à tarif attractif avec l’hôtel.
