Location. Cordial staff. Excellent onsite food.
Slow elevators. Hhowever, served as incentive to exercise and use the wide, easy to navigate stairwell which had plenty of landings and was decorated!
The location was perfect. A short walk to the White House and the Washington Monument. Also, there is a Market close by with fun foods, especially the bagels and coffee.
Everything was perfect.
Nice quaint room. Room 501 was a corner room with lots of windows and light. The rooms are simple but clean and the downstairs bar area is relaxing or the outside and rooftop. Planning on staying there again. Was able to walk to museums , etc. 30-40 minute walks.
The staff was so nice and accommodating, very welcoming. The location is awesome. The room was clean, cozy, and logical.
Great location, clean rooms, and great service. This is a no-frills room at a great rate, but they offer free coffee or tea in the morning, along with other amenities for a comfortable stay. Over my stay, the staff was always very friendly and helpful.
