Hotel Hive

Nice quaint room. Room 501 was a corner room with lots of windows and light. The rooms are simple but clean and the downstairs bar area is relaxing or the outside and rooftop. Planning on staying there again. Was able to walk to museums , etc. 30-40 minute walks.

The staff was so nice and accommodating, very welcoming. The location is awesome. The room was clean, cozy, and logical.

Great location, clean rooms, and great service. This is a no-frills room at a great rate, but they offer free coffee or tea in the morning, along with other amenities for a comfortable stay. Over my stay, the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The area the hotel is located in is quiet and clean, the metro was only a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. There is a restaurant located in the hotel along with a rooftop bar, a perfect place to end a long day of touring. It’s definitely worth the stay.

The location was very convenient for my travel goals. There were many food options nearby, and the Metro station is within walking distance, which makes it very easy to get around to different places.

Very helpful and professional staff. The rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet. They have everything you need, but are tiny. As stated in the description, it is a microtel. Fine for one night, but I think it would be too tight to stay multiple nights unless you are planning to come in later every evening and just sleep and shower there.

The rooftop bar is nice. They have several types of beer on tap and in cans. You can order pizza from the bartender from their pizza place on the ground floor and they will bring it up to you.

Breakfast is reasonably priced, but the morning we were there they were out of multiple ingredients, so the menu was quite limited.

Absolutely so cute I enjoyed having my own space and in such a convenient location. Thank you for your hospitality!! Definitely will be back when in DC!

Good location, functional decor and little refrigerator given upon request was a great addition. Loved the pizza at their restaurant.

Hotel Hive is a stylish and adorable microtel in one of the best locations is DC. Close to the Metro, National Mall, GW, the beautiful trail along the Potomac and a walkable distance to Georgetown.
The staff was unfailingly friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sana and Bryan for bringing so helpful! Rooms are small but cozy - stocked with everything you need. Only drawback - no gym. But that’s a personal preference and not a dealbreaker.

We loved the Hive! You can't beat it for a great place to stay while visiting the sites in DC. We came for a wedding weekend and it was within walking distance or a short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go. From the very first call to make the reservation to checking in, to asking for a bucket of ice- the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! They told us how to save money on parking too!

Cute room, lovely stay, and the front desk staff were the best!
