Die Lage war für mich optimal, unkomplizierter Check in, sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten; leider schon ein wenig abgenutzt, aber passend zum doch relativ günstigen Preis für Graz
Die vielen Infofolders über Graz im Eingangsbereich fand ich sehr aufmerksam.

Grosses, sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück hervorragend, Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Freundliche Rezeptionistin, Ausblick vom Balkon Zimmer 301. Obwohl neben dem Lift gelegen, waren keine Fahrgeräusche wahrnehmbar

Baustelle vor dem Haus - Straße aufgeschnitten. Um das Waschbecken herum Arbeitsplatte aufgequollen und gerissen. Kein WLAN verfügbar und dazu noch fehlten im TV die österreichischen Sender. Fühlte sich wie Steinzeit an

Schlichtes sehr angenehmes rollitaugliches Hotel mit Super Personal
Pros:

Schlichtes sehr sauberes Hotel. Mein Mann ist Rollifahrer und wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind absolut barrierefrei (rechte Betthälfte ist für einen Rollifahrer nicht geeignet)
Super freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück klassisch kontinental und sehr ausreichend - perfekter Kaffee :-)
