Were it not for the sound-proofing issue, the stay would be have been good.
Pros:

Room was clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The room was not sound proof. I was placed in an interleading room and my neighbour was on calls late in the night. I could hear everything he was saying. Not great!

A convenient stay close to the hospital, ideal for our overnight visit.
Pros:

We appreciated the convenient location, as we chose the hotel because it was close to the hospital where our son had an appointment the following morning. It made our stay practical and less stressful, especially with a little one and an early start ahead of us. The hotel was a convenient option for our needs during our trip.

Cons:

There wasn't anything major that we disliked, although our stay was quite brief as we were mainly there for the convenient location near the hospital. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't comment on the dining experience. Overall, it served its purpose for our overnight stay.

We loved the location and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast included was great value.
Pros:

Location was excellent and mattresses very comfortable

Cons:

The room got made up very late in the day.
The lunch we ordered took ages to arrive.
I asked for firmer pillows and got sent more soft ones.
