We had a great stay! The location was excellent, with the tube station nearby, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The studio was comfortable, convenient, spacious, and we would happily stay there again if we have plans in this area in the future.
The only downsides were that drawers weren't properly cleaned and the bed made some unusual noises but it's not a big deal since everything else was great! Overall, it was a very positive experience.
The checkin process was painful. They wouldn't check us in until 4+pm.

We had a great stay! The hotel is fairly modern and spacious, with a really good shower. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Spitalfields Market, London Bridge and plenty of other places to explore. There are also underground stations nearby, making it really easy to get around London. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location!
The cleanliness could have been better, as there were marks on the couch, and none of the TV channels worked, which was disappointing. With a little more attention to cleanliness and the TV facilities working properly, it would be a much better experience.
The staff at both the hotel and the coffee shop were all really helpful and polite. The room itself was great value for money in my opinion, considering the cost and size. The facilities within the room were all very good, though with only being there for a short while I didn't use the hob or the oven itself. The breakfast options provided in the coffee shop were exceptionally generous in terms of portion size.
Personally, the pillows on the bed were very thin, and I prefer a thicker pillow. Also I felt that the room could have done with some extra lighting, for example around the bed there were only the down pointing lamps which did mean it felt a little dark. I wouldn't say either of these were enough to make me say "I wouldn't stay here again".

Navigating between gym, only one elevator goes there, cafe, spiral stairs clunky and bit unsafe.
