Pros:

Easy to get to, the reception staff were extremely lovely and helpful and couldn’t do enough, no complaints what so ever

All in all, a comfortable stay. Great cafe downstairs and close to all amenities.
Cons:

No iron in the room.
Check-in staff didn’t realise we had already paid via Booking.com
Check-out staff wanted to charge extra for early check in which we had already paid a few days earlier.

Estupenda estancia
Pros:

Muy amplio, limpio y cómodo.
Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La cama y almohada muy cómodas. Volvería a reservarlo otra vez. Cerca de la estación de metro.

Pros:

Nice and bright little studio, with washing machine and dishwasher.

Cons:

There are 2 lifts in the building and one of them wasn’t working during our 4-day stay.
Also not enough cutlery and cups provided. Just one per person.

Apartamento grande, exatamente como as fotos do anúncio, cozinha completa, quarto e banheiro grande, sensacional.

Cons:

Trata-se de um prédio de mais de 20 andares e durante minha estadia apenas um elevador estava funcionando, aumentando o tempo de espera e no último dia o único elevador que estava funcionando também parou, ou seja, a única opção era a escada.

it was clean, like cleaned but i think it needs a little make over. showers, carpets, sofas. too many stains for me to feel completely comfortable.

The room was very spacious, it didn't feel like a hotel at all. It truly felt like it was my very own London flat. Very clean. Had all the amenities I needed. Cozy. Great view from my room. Perfect.

Ruhrige Unterkunft in einem quirlen Viertel

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. 100 Meter zur Underground Aldgate Est. Interessanter urbaner Stadtteil. Sehr hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Team.

Cons:

Das Apartment war sehr abgewohnt. Wir haben ein anderes erhalten. Auch das war in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist nur mit wenigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Ständig war einer der beiden Fahrstühle außer Betrieb.
