Pros:

I rarely take time to single people out but the front desk lady who's name I believe was Sophie was exceptionally in helping me get my complicated last minute accomodations handled

Lobby under construction, dust and dirt everywhere. Staff wore headphones and was not listening to patrons. So expensive, not worth the price. Parking lot was falling apart and did not feel safe or guarded.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and nice. They are doing some construction but it wasn’t loud or overwhelming. The location is great. Parking is weird but not awful. The breakfast was fine, but they had gluten free items touching regular items so that was disappointing. I was glad they also had Udi’s prepackaged items as well. The staff was very friendly

I would stay here again and I recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in the Downtown Pensacola area.
Pros:

It was close and within walking distance to The Saenger Theatre, 3 short blocks. Room was very clean, just renovated, carpet was new. Beds were comfy and we had a nice view of the water, 4th FL, rm 415. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Yummy restaurants close by within walking distance, The Fish House I highly recommend trying, food and servers were excellent.

Cons:

It was under construction/renovations, but only during the day, at night, it was very quiet.
