Good stay and location
Pros:

The location was good and room very clean

Cons:

Not that big of deal, but I could only come through the front door of hotel. Side door and back door key entry did not work.

My state there could not have been any better. Trish was the icing on the cake.

Cons:

There was blood and private area hair on the comforter. I don’t believe the comforter was washed between guest. We were brought new bedding, but the customer service just pretty much said “I’m sorry” and it was hair from their cleaning staff.

No Go IHG
Pros:

First time at this location. Nice place. Got up to the room and wanted a coffee after my long trip. Looked all over for a coffee pot, none in the room. Called downstairs and was told coffee makers are being removed from IHG!! What??? Now I have to either go downstairs or bring my own pot. This is a no go for me. I will not stay at another Express because of this. Take away my coffee and I kick you to the curb

Excellent Hotel with great staff
Pros:

The staff is excellent, very friendly, but very professional. From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel right at home.Breakfast was brand standard, but very nice for a complementary breakfast. Housekeeping does an amazing job.

I'll certainly think twice before spending my money here again.

Breakfast was okay. The location was nice.

Cons:

When we arrived, the cerk was waiting on another customer. After they left,he typed into the computer for a while, then a young lady sitting behind the desk showed him her phone. He typed a while longer, she shows her phone to him again. After about two minutes, he looks up and says "You checking in?" No greeting, and a not very pleasant tone. Had I been able to cancel and go someplace else, I would have. That's not how you treat customers.
