Pros:

Personnel à l'accueil pour l'enregistrement et la chambre est globalement fonctionnelle. Même si la rue est passante nous n'avons pas été génés par le bruit extérieur.

Cons:

L'hotel n'est pas très facile à trouver car la plaque est petite à coté de la porte.

C'è l'essenziale. Qualche punto è stato perso per il cattivo funzionamento del frigobar.
Pros:

La posizione, con facilità di parcheggio, anche perchè era domenica, ideale per le attività che mi attendevano. Buona la gestione del condizionatore d'aria.

Cons:

Con il gran caldo di questo periodo, avere un frigobar dove l'unica cosa accesa era la luce, è stata un'enorme pecca.

Solo la posizione centrale e vicina alla Via Etnea.

Cons:

Le camere e la struttura vecchie, usurate e sporche
Le camere buie le luci interne insufficienti.
Il bagno vecchio,il piatto doccia della camera singola sporco .
Ho provato ad aprire una finestra ed a parte la sporcizia dei vetri e delle tende era tutto coperto da impalcature adiacenti.
Pessimo.
La colazione abbastanza varia ma servita in una stanzetta, caldissima senza aria condizionata tavoli non apparecchiati, e tutto molto disordinato .
Una sola persona a gestire le colazioni senza che alcuno che si occupasse, della pulizia e sbarazzo dei tavoli.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, dans le centre historique et à proximité des transports, tout en restant très calme.
Accueil très sympathique.

Great location, kind staff
Pros:

The location is perfect for exploring the city; a public park at the end of the road, Filomena district with loads of great restaurants a 2 minute walk away, and Via Etnea round the corner. The staff were really kind. Beds were comfy. It was very difficult allover Catania to get a taxi to the airport with the Etna eruption, but the receptionist Diana found one for us, which we really appreciated!

Cons:

We had a few small problems with one of the rooms we booked, but the staff fixed these when asked and offered us a complementary breakfast. I think small things being missed was partly a result of the hotel being full (Etna eruption) and it being Ferragosto so maybe less staff than normal. Nothing too bad, we’d stay again at a less busy time!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with a few small issues that could easily be improved.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. It wasn't very extensive, but it had everything we needed and was perfectly adequate. The location was convenient, and overall the room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room didn't cool properly during our stay. There was no safe in the room, and no duvet covers or proper bedding for the blankets, which made sleeping less comfortable. These are small details, but they would improve the overall experience.
