Pros:

Duży pokój. Czysto, plac zabaw dla dzieci. Dobre śniadanie. Fajna lokalizacja bo choc przy drodze i blisko Krakowa to cicho i spokojnie

Cons:

Jeden ekspres do kawy, co przy sniadaniu generuje kolejkę- ale to mała niedogodność przy weekendzie🤣😂

Byliśmy w hotelu tylko jedną noc, ponieważ przyjechaliśmy w celu zwiedzania kopalni soli. Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo wygodna — do kopalni jest zaledwie około 7–10 minut jazdy samochodem.

Hotel jest czysty i zadbany, a obsługa bardzo miła — szczególnie uśmiechnięte i pomocne dziewczyny z personelu 😊

Śniadanie w formie bufetu było bardzo smaczne, z dużym wyborem dań dla każdego. Na stołach stały świeże kwiaty, co tworzyło przyjemną atmosferę.

Dojazd do hotelu jest łatwy i wygodny. Cały pobyt był bardzo udany. 😊

Cons:

W naszym pokoju do późnych godzin wieczornych, nie wiem dokładnie do której, dochodził jednostajny hałas. Podejrzewam, że był to albo kompresor, albo coś związanego z klimatyzacją. Kładziemy się spać wcześnie, więc wieczorem bardzo utrudniało to zasypianie. Później, bliżej nocy, hałas został wyłączony. Rano już go nie było słychać. Być może jesteśmy po prostu bardzo przyzwyczajeni do ciszy. Poza tym wszystko było idealnie.

Wszystko czego potrzebuje wymagający klient
Pros:

Hotel o dość wysokim standardzie. Dodatkowo dobra lokalizacja przy trasie, Blisko Krakowa i centrum Wieliczki. Podobało mi się również to że nie było problemów z zaparkowaniem ( duża ilość miejsc do zaparkowania) oraz zameldowaniem o późnej porze. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje proklientowskie podejście i otwartość na złożoną prośbę o zgodę na zmianę terminu pomimo tego, że to była opcja "rezerwacji bezwrotnej". Dodatkowo bardzo dobra jakość śniadania - urozmaicone i świeże produkty.

Cons:

Nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Na upartego - mogłaby być w pokoju mała lodówka.

Bardzo dobra miejscówka do przerwy w podróży, jak i baza wypadowa na wycieczki po okolicy (do Krakowa 30 min., Wieliczka 10 min.). Bezpłatny parking to duży plus. Czysto w pokojach, śniadanie w formie bufetu - każdy coś sobie znajdzie. Bardzo miła obsługa. Recepcja 24 h.

Meget venlig personale, parkering lige ved indgangen, morgenmaden var virkelig fin. Kunne også godt lide at der var mulighed for aftensmad og at der var noget for vegetarer også.
