(1) we asked hotel for transfer from airport with baby seat, and it was not adequate as baby seat was not functional at all and it happened again on the way back; (2) breakfast is not great at all and staff nit coping with number of guests; (3) dirty windows in the room.

Wealways stay at The Biltmore when we come to Tbilisi, and will continue to do so. It is always a go
Pros:

Your staff is extremely kind and helpful; since I use a walker, the help is much appreciated. Breakfast is exceptional; dinner in the top floor restaurant was good, though service is slow, but we were not in a rush. My spa treatment was wonderful; Marina was excellent.

Cons:

The water in the pool seemed colder than we remembered and that will mean we won't swim again. At 88/89, we are sensitive to the cold.
We had some difficulty figuring out how to get all the lights out at bedtime!

הזמנתי מראש חדר ל3 בוגרים ביקשתי 3 מיטות יחיד ולא מיטות נוער. קיבלנו חדר עם 2 מיטות בודדות חדר שמתאים לזוג עם מקלחת ושירותים שמשקיפים בזכוכית לחדר מאוד יפה אבל אין פרטיות ומתאים לחופשה רומנטית ולא להרכב שהוזמן. מיטה שלישית קיבלו רק בשעות הערב ולאחר תזכורת. הביאו מיטת נוער מתקפלת לא הסכימו להתאים את החדר לצרכינו והאשימו את בוקינג בחוסר ההבנה. נאלצנו להשאר זוג בחדר ולשלם עם חדר נוסף כדי שיהיה נוח לישון

Disappointing room and amenities
Pros:

We were really looking forward to staying at this landmark hotel which soars over Tbilisi. The entrance is decorative with a cafe tucked away in the corner of the lobby area. This also had a very small selection of wine and spirits. We had a junior suite, which had plenty of space but was extremely badly organised. The desk area had been put under the tv but there were no electrical sockets nearby. These were on a completely different wall far away near a coffee machine. The settee was not near them either so you couldn’t even sit on that with a laptop. Like wise using a hairdryer was a challenge and the lead only just reached to near a mirror. The walls were bare of any artwork which made the suite very unwelcoming. Bed was OK but pillows were awful. Flat and uncomfortable. Although tea and coffee were provided there was no milk. In the bathroom amenities were not always refreshed and there was no body lotion provided which is unusual for this category of hotel. We had a meal in the restaurant on the 32nd floor with views over the city. It was quite difficult to get staff’s attention and it wasn’t busy. Food was very mediocre. We wanted to go to the bar on the floor below but we were told it was closed and this seems to have been the case for sometime. The breakfast restaurant was also closed in the evening, so the only bar in operation was a covered outside area where smoking was permitted or in the lobby where there was little choice. The gym was a reasonable size. Staff at breakfast were good.
