We had a relaxing stay at a five-star hotel.
Pros:

My four year old son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is excellent. The room was spacious with good view.

Cons:

The room was little bit old and some equipment was broken. We stayed for three night but the room cleaning didn’t change lines and didn’t vacuum the floor.

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال وخاصة مع والدتي وهي كبيره في السن لانه عندما طلبت برمجة مفتاح الغرفه لانه لا يعمل لم توافق موظفة الاستقبال ورفضة وطلبة حضور والدي لان الحجز باسمه مع العلم بانه تم تسجيل الدخول لوالدتي وتم الاطلاع على الجواز تبعها إذا لماذا هذا التعقيد والتأخير وعدم مراعاة أنهم كبار في السن

Needs a lot of improvement. Great hotels are made of great hospitality not just glass facades.
Pros:

Location is good and building looks good from outside. That's it. Nothing else is good about it.

Cons:

Pathetic hospitality. From reception to front desk, nobody smiles in this hotel. One of our room bathroom was smelly, didnt expect this from a five star hotel. I have stayed in better properties with great hospitality. For our surprise. in this generation, their television is not smart TV. Weird ! Completely miscommunicated hotel. At one point, while we were having our breakfast on the third day, the lady came and told us that one of our member's breakfast is not included. The tone is not good overall. Rudeness is in the air of this hotel. Not even worth half the price we paid. After checking out and settling over at the reception when we were moving out, some weird guy from hotel team comes and stops us, near the door, I mean what is this? dont you teach hospitality to your team. Not worth any money.

סך הכל המלון ממש טוב. במקום איסטרטגי ונוח שרות טוב של צוות המלון

המקום מאוד קרוב לעיר העתיקה ולרכבלים שזה נחמד מאוד המלון חדש יפה. החדרים ממש טובים פינקו אותנו בחדר בקומה גבוהה

הארוחת בוקר בשביל 5 כוכבים של מלון קצת ירודה. לא רע אבל מצפים מלון 5 כוכבים יותר רמה
ישנו בערב במסעדה של המלון לקח נצח עד שהוציאו מנות קצת ביאעס את הערב

The lobby only

Cons:

Room service very poor , the Room was not cleaned properly and not prepared well.
Language barrier, difficult to explain.
The water cattle ( water heater was dirty and bad smell) I had to keep it out of the room.
