Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We appreciated having a hairdryer and an iron in the room, and everything related to our accommodation met our expectations.
The breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and very tasty. There was a great selection of food, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.
The location is also fantastic, and the views from the 31st floor are absolutely breathtaking.
The only thing that surprised us was that a hotel of this level does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room by default. You have to call and request them separately. It’s a small detail, but for a hotel of this standard, we expected those amenities to already be available.
However, if you are planning to combine your stay with a business trip or a team-building event and intend to use the conference facilities, I would recommend paying close attention to every organizational detail in advance.
Unfortunately, our experience with the conference room was disappointing. We spent about 20 minutes trying to find a manager or coordinator just to help us with basic things like turning on the projector, connecting the microphones, or even providing glasses of water. These are small requests that should be handled quickly by someone responsible for conference events.
I assumed there would automatically be a dedicated staff member available during the meeting, but that was not the case. If you plan to organize a business event here, make sure to discuss every detail beforehand and confirm that someone will be assigned to support your event throughout the day.
Despite this issue, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, location, and incredible views made our stay enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again for leisure, and with better planning, I believe it could also be a good choice for business events.

v stay 4 nights in our georgia tour hotel & full staff were excellent .specially LISA at reception like my daughter age gives full satisfaction in alloting room & guide us throughly . good indian dishes available in breakfast & dinner too . excellent hotel & excellent everything . preeti at india breakfast food did well .
The hotel was amazing! The location is fantastic, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the view is breathtaking!
The room was large and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed and even treated my husband to a delicious birthday cake.
The breakfast was luxurious and delicious.
We will definitely go back there again and we recommend it to all our friends.
The only thing we didn't like was the late check-in, other than that everything was perfect.
