It was good and nice and that's it. Next time I'll try another hotel.
Pros:

Check in was pleasant and quick and the receptionists were amazing. We were given rooms on the 14th floor.
Breakfast met expectations, everything was fresh and tasty and the cappuccino was great.
The location of the hotel was perfect and close to everything.

Cons:

The first night we had a flood in the shower, I called and they sent someone to dry the water, she was really unpleasant and not nice.
The next day when I asked if they sent someone to take care of the water problem in the shower, the clerk told me that there was nothing to be done and that's how it is on the entire floor.
Disappointing answer! This is a hotel that claims to be a 5-star hotel and this is not the answer you expect to receive.
Later, the reception contacted me and offered to move us to a room and that was the case and for that I thank you.
Another thing, the beds are like water beds, the beds are uncomfortable and certainly not for those who suffer from back problems so please note, the beds are not the most comfortable.
The pool water is cold even though they say it is heated to 28 degrees, it doesn't feel that way.
One last thing, you have a casino in the hotel and it is unpleasant and not inviting and we preferred to go to other casinos and it's a shame. Accept an efficiency offer and invest in your casino.

Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, молодцы, учли мои пожелания, было приятно общаться! Шикарный вид на город и реку!

Cons:

Ужасный матрас, подушки и одеяло. Матрас пролёжанный (я скатывался на край кровати). Ужасные подушки и одеяло (перья или что там было внутри) скомкалось и не комфортно!

Thank you very much for allowing us to check in so early because there were available rooms. We really appreciated it.
