I can't reffer any to stay
Pros:

Cleaning is good..only reseption is good

Cons:

For check in I m waiting for 45-55 min.
After that I call to bring some water no body send after repeated follow up. Finaly I get but after 1.5 hour.it very poor service.

Terrible as a chain of Holiday Inn i expect all facilities to be kept clean
Pros:

Location and restaurant/ breakfast spread was great

Cons:

Overall rest of the property looked very unkept right from reception carpet to the room

I didn’t get quick check in even though I arrived around check in time

I had opted for King bed and I got 2 Twin

Accidentally booked smoking then they told me they will give non spiking waited for 30 min and then they give me same stinking room

Pros:

Cleaning was not satisfactory
The washroom mirror was old and looked not clean.
Bathroom 🚿 not working properly. Not rotating and very poor cleaning of water stains .
Provided dust bins both in room and toilet was open which feels unhygienic.
Provided iron box was damaged
Room floor was not clean as expected
Side table electric shocket not working
One towel only kept in bathroom
Service lift cleaning not satisfactory, each corner dust was accumulated
Main entry glass was slightly damaged and broken small piece which can be leads to finger injury 🤕
Reception top lights wire was damaged and lot of dust accumulated on decorative sealing light.
