Great value stay in a perfect location for our trip
Pros:

Great location and very good value. Clean,comfortable and great staff.

Pros:

Das Essen, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die Betten waren genauso gut wie die sehr gut ausgestattete Kaffeebar.

Cons:

Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche,
Ein Handtuch 70 x 100 cm statt zwei separater und notfalls kleinerer Handtücher.
Fön - wir haben unseren genutzt.
Zahnputzbecher oder Gläser gab es nicht.
Zimmer war am ersten Tag durch eine andere Tür (unter uns am Eingang/Küche?) so laut und ließ die Wand/das Bett beben.
Keine kleinste Wiedergutmachung für sogar nach Hinweis am Morgen am Nachmittag immer noch kalte Dusche oder auch nur eine Warnung.
Und ein PC Bildschirm als Fernseher bei der Zimmergröße kann nur als Aufforderung verstanden werden während der WM an der Bar sich zu versammeln - und die machte so schon einen gut besuchten Eindruck.

A friendly local pub restaurant with great food and service but accommodation needs updated and soundproofed

It was a lovely location. I was up for work at nearby Cluny castle

Cons:

The room was a bit dated and very noisy. The heavy fire doors banged shut a lot. The room was above the pub so not quiet till after midnight and the room above you could hear every footstep No hairdryer in room as advertised

It looks nice and the food at dinner was great but as a place to stay its surprisingly poor.
Pros:

Location was great, lots of parking. Lovely garden and the food at dinner was great. The whole place looks lovely too.

Cons:

The room was baking hot so sept badly and the bed was really uncomfortable. The breakfast experience was weird.

Was told on arrival that there was only continental breakfast available. Would have been good to know this in advance as probably would not have stayed there. I asked if there was gluten free available and staff didn't know but checked and yes GF break was available. No cereal though.

I asked what time breakfast was from and the staff said come down any time, which sounded odd. I came down for breakfast at 7.30 to find no staff on duty but breakfast laid out. Instead of having staff around there were a series of instructions stuck to the wall advising what to do, how to work the coffee machine etc. I then made my own breakfast and sat in gloomy silence eating alone. No radio, no TV, no people talking, no atmosphere of any kind. It was a weird experience for a hotel and no ability to ask for more butter or jam or anything. To be honest I have had a better experience and a better breakfast staying at a Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostel. In hindsight I wish I had done that on this occasion.

Overall there is a real lack of care and attention in this hotel. Its more like a pay for a bed and sort yourself out kind of place. I would suggest staying in a B&B rather than this place but maybe use it for dinner as the food was good.

Very relaxed and was great for getting to the areas we wanted to visit

Tidy and very large room where you could sit and read in comfort if needed and shower was awesome

Charming Early Summer stay
Pros:

The location was amazing. Close to the airport and lovely local areas. The studio was fantastic. It was really quiet and made for a lovely stay. The staff were the best, such lovely girls. The food was first class. Great parking facilities.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. A fan in the room would be good, but we borrowed one from relatives.
