フロントの対応がとても丁寧。
携帯の充電器は客室にはありませんでしたが、フロントに連絡したところ貸し出して頂けました。

朝食はとても美味しかったですし、スタッフのみなさんの対応には敬服しております。また、毎日使わせていただいたタオルなどもとても素晴らしいものでした。

部屋が古く、浴室の扉などに塗装の剥がれ、角に埃がたまっていた。
塗装剥がれは簡単に直せるので直した方が良いと思う。
設備はきちんと整備・清潔にされているのは
当然ですが、何よりも素晴らしいのは
スタッフの皆様一人一人の対応だと
思いました。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、そこに関わるスタッフ様のゲストへの
対応は素晴らしかったです。
全ての良否は個人の判断基準に左右されます。
自分が抱いていた内容通りであれば、良くない物は出てきません。個人の過大な施設の理想を
抱いていない限り、そのギャップの大きさによって、評価の内容は変わります。
今回は特に不満に値する事はありませんでした。
